It was the next morning Taehyung had processed everything that happened in his mind and now his goal was to make Jimin jealous, with a sugary sweet smile he went to vist Jimin's chambers. "My dear cousin?~ mind if i just steal Jungkook from under your arms?", Taehyung whispered to the sleeping figure who jolted awake, "DO YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH KIM TAEHYUNG?", Taehyung laughed, "Oh my god! I never thought a day would come where I will see you waking up like this!", Taehyung said still laughing.
"You are a protective one aren't you?", Taehyung chuckled and sat down in front of Jimin, "Oh shut up.", Jimin grumbled getting up to freshen up leaving Taehyung to laugh even more. Jimin walked back in the room and huffed before throwing a cushion from the love seat at Taehyung. Luckily Taehyung catched the pillow and grinned, "you can just take him away from here you know?" Jimin shakes his head "I can't. Appa and the king doesn't have a good relationship and on top of that if I take his son away then it means war", Jimin said sadly, the wish of running away with Jungkook to an abditory of their own to live happily was still alive like a lit fire.
Taehyung smiled and came up to Jimin to pat his shoulder, "It's going to be the way you want it to be soon, i hope.", He whispered the last bit and got Jimin to chuckle. "Hm, i hope so too.", Taehyung pouted, "You weren't supposed to hear that!" Taehyung playfully glared at Jimin while the other laughed, "Too bad I did~", he winked and walked out "See you later Tae I have to go to 'teach' the prince"
Taehyung rolled his eyes and nodded, "Alright I guess I'll take a tour of the city", he said shrugging. Jimin nodded and went away.
A few minutes had passed Taehyung was off his way to visit the whole town, from the tiniest stalls to the biggest shops he visited everywhere ending up with handful of things. He walked while smiling at everyone who returned the smiles. Oh and yes everyone knew who Prince Taehyung is and his cheerful behaviour and not to forget his deep and strong friendship with Prince Jimin. Poor Taehyung's arms were getting tired from holding all the things just when he was about to put his bags down someone quite familiar to say the least showed up with a helping hand.
"Guard Yoongi?", Taehyung murmured looking at the said man who smiled, "Couldn't let the future lord struggle with groceries like this.", He spoke with a genuine smile, "Let us head back to the castle Mr.Taehyung.", Yoongi said carrying the things Taehyung had brought while Taehyung silently followed behind.
"Thank you" Taehyung muttered as Yoongi kept the things inside his room. Yoongi bowed and went outside the room.
~Meanwhile with Jungkook~
"Excuse me?!" Jungkook exclaimed not really believing what he just heard from gaurd Hoseok. "Mhm future lord Taehyung has come here.. to find his cousin and his lover the prince.", Hoseok said whispering the last part to himself. "What did you say i didn't hear it?", Hoseok shook his head quickly, "Nothing! Nothing at all! Anyway you and Jaehyun are going to a boat ride, get ready my prince!", Hoseok annouced and walked out of the room leaving Jungkook to groan.
"This isn't right, nothing is!", He grumbled walking over to his closet to get ready. "Wait he came here to find his cousin?", Jungkook's eyes widened, "Isn't Jimin his cousin?! Is he not in his palace?!", Worry started to take over him, "Is he safe?", Jungkook thought while biting his nails a habit he developed when he is anxious or worried and started walking to the lake in thoughts.
"Prince? Are you fine?", Jungkook snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the source of the voice which was none other than Jaehyun, "H-huh? O-oh yeah I'm fine", he cleared his throat. Jaehyun looked at Jungkook in worry, "Is something bothering you Jungkook?", He shook his head, "No nothing hyung", "Are you-", "Oh look the boat is here", Jungkook said cutting off Jaehyun. Jaehyun was concerned of Jungkook, "He's behaving weird.", Jimin muttered to himself and got on the boat with the prince.
The boat ride was going flawlessly until Jungkook walked a bit too close the edge of the boat and tripped falling into the water, Jimin eyes widened in panic and forgetting about the disguise he jumped in the save his beloved.
Jungkook almost didn't believe his eyes. Jimin, it wasn't Jaehyun who was here it was Jimin his Jimin. Jimin swiftly pulled up Jungkook to the surface fortunately Jungkook was conscious. "Jungkook we have to go.", Jimin blurted out and swam to the land as fast as he could.
"We need to get out of here.", Jungkook panicked when he saw guards coming their way, Jungkook swiftly took a horse they came to the river side by and hopped on with Jimin before riding to a place only he knew existed as fast as he could.
"Jimin why did you come here!?", Jungkook asked panting still panicked from what had happened earlier. "I missed you too much.", Jimin pouted showing puppy eyes to the younger. "Oh? You would risk your life just because you miss me?", Jungkook huffed angrily and rolled his eyes looking away from the other not expecting a blush cover his face on Jimin's next words, "In a heartbeat dear.", Jimin said with a sly smile.
"Whatever.. how will you get out of this place now?", Jungkook said looking at Jimin with a glare, "I have my ways my sugar plum.", He giggled out and pecked the tip of Jungkook's nose at which he scrunched it with a smile.

"Let's just be here together for now, hidden from the eyes of all those judgemental people.", Jimin whispered taking Jungkook's hands in his before leaning in to kiss him softly which Jungkook responded to. After a few seconds they pulled back with a smile.
"I love you.", Jungkook whispered." "I love you too.", Jimin whispered back pulling Jungkook down on the grass making Jungkook giggle.
