Nova groaned as she woke in bed. Her head was pounding and she had cramps in her stomach. But she put it down to her pregnancy.

She climbed out of bed and looked up as Alexis walked in. She had a grin. "Come on. Your fancy man is in the common room. I snuck him in for you."

Nova's eyes widened. "Lex! If anyone sees him here," she said

Alexis rolled her eyes. "No one will do anything. They know that I all but run this house. Therefore they know not to cross me," she said.

Nova smiled and hugged her cousin. She quickly walked down into the common room and smiled. "Hey."

"Hiya. Imagine my surprise when your cousin, walks up to me and gets me in here," Fred said.

Nova smiled as she looked at him. "I think she is shipping us," she told him as she kissed him.

Fred nodded. He knew that the odds were stacked against them. Especially with them being in opposing houses.

Nova was sitting in defence against the dark arts. Alexis sat down next to her. She smiled. "Did you enjoy your time with Fred?" She asked as she looked at her.

Nova smiled and nodded. "Yeah. Thank you for that. I know it's hard for everyone. But I love him. And we're having this baby together. And no one knows which makes it so much harder."

"I know. But it will be okay. You've done so well with it. And I know that you have so many hurdles to overcome. But you will always have me. Okay?"

"Thanks Alexis. I just...I'm worried that everyone will turn on me. Especially the Slytherins. And what if Cissy throws me out?" She asked.

"She wouldn't. Despite the act she puts on, she loves your father. She loves you too. Don't doubt that Nova. I promise she wouldn't throw you out."

Nova made her way outside. Pansy Parkinson walked over to her. "So. I heard there was a blood traitor in the common room. Wouldn't happen to be anything to do with you would it?" She asked.

Nova rolled her eyes. "Back off Pug. You're not getting a reaction from me today."

"See... I own Slytherin. We both know that. You're just a traitor's offspring. You shouldn't even be alive," Pansy spat.

"See that's where you're wrong. I mean, I know you think you run things. But you don't. Draco cannot stand you. No one can stand you," Nova said.

Pansy shrieked. "At least my father isn't a murderer!" She yelled.

Nova took out her wand. She glared. "Say one more thing. I dare you," she warned.

Nova was getting more and more annoyed with being in Slytherin. She knew that they were all prejudiced and she hated it.

Nova looked up as Draco walked in. Alexis behind him. "I know you're struggling at the moment Nova. So I've been talking to mother. And she is willing to take you to see your father."

"Really?"

Draco nodded. He walked off leaving the two girls alone. Nova felt a shooting pain in her stomach. She groaned. "I don't feel good."

"Why? What's happened?" Alexis asked as she looked at her.

Nova paled as she felt a liquid between her legs. But was she losing the baby?
