Daniels POV *again sorry*

...But as soon as we were about to open the door and leave to go to the park, the door opens and...
"Hey! There you guys are!" Chad says as him, Vy, and Regina all enter.
"O-oh! H-hey guys! Whatcha, whatcha guys doing here?" I asked while pushing me and Melvins glued together hands behind my back.
"Well we finished fighting the hackers, thanks for showing up by the way." Regina says in a passive aggressive tone.
"We were just about to leave but uhhh.. Daniel... Daniel fell and twisted him ankle, so we stayed here for a little bit, waiting for it to heal." Melvin said as I nodded.
"Really, well why is he standing perfectly fine then?" Vy asks.
"Huh- Oh uh, owww!!" I fake being hurt.
"Oh, give it up Daniel, they know." Melvin says and rolls his eyes.
"Hey, what's with your guys' hands down there?" Chad says and point to our hands.
'Oh shoot.' I think to myself. 'We're busted'.
I was about to say something, when Melvin pipped in and interrupted me.
"Oh what, you think this, this is weird?? Huh?" Melvin argues to them, "I've kissed Daniel like 3 times and just us holding hands is weird, jeez guys."
There was silence before someone spoke up.
"Well, I've never seen you guys kiss on the... Lips, before." Chad says jokingly.
"Oh my god, Ch-" but before I could finish my sentence I was cut off by Melvin, kissing me, on my lips.
Melvin kissed me.

LIPS!!!
What was he thinking?!?! It only lasted for like, 2 seconds, but still! I was saving my first kiss for someone, I mean, I didn't kiss back but still!!!
I stood in shock for a couple of seconds before I felt something tugging down at my hand.
Wait, we weren't holding hands any more? What happend?
"Oh, looks like that *magic kiss*worked then I guess, hah." Melvin laughed, but, I didn't think it was funny. I looked around at the other Spy Ninjas, they looked like they were about to burst out laughing, I felt my face getting hotter and I thought I was going to cry, but too late, I could feel hot tears already streaming down my face, I quickly ran to my room, the Gizmo Lab, and locked the door. God, why did I start crying out there, I probably looked and sounded like such a baby.
I was about to start crying even more when I heard a knock on my door, if was Melvin.
"Hey, Daniel, are you okay?" He asked me.
"Go away." I sniffled.
"Daniel why are you so upset?"
Those words hit me, like a brick wall, I wanted to just get up and slam open door and yell at him about how much of an idiot he was being, but instead I just continued to sit down and cry. He must've regretted saying that, because he apologized almost immediately after wards.
"No, I... I didn't mean it like that, I'm sorry. Listen, Daniel, I'm sorry that I kissed you but can you please talk to me."
That's when I finally decided to talk to him, I stood up and slowly unlocked the door.
"Fine, what do you want?" I asked him.
"Daniel, I'm sorry I kissed you, I was just trying to prove a point to Chad, I didn't mean to make you so mad."
"Oh, blaming it on me now, surprising." I said sarcastically.
"What? I'm not-" Melvin said confused.
"Save it," I interupted him, "just leave me alone, you stole my first kiss from me. I slammed the door closed again right in his face again and locked it. He tried knocking again, but after 3 minutes he gave up and left.

*2 hours later*

I just woke up, it's already 5:15pm? Geez, how long was I asleep for?
I walked out of my room and into the main area, Chad and Vy were there, discussing video ideas.
"What about like a 24 hour challenge? Or staying up until 3am hide and seek challenge?" I overheard Vy say while I walked to the kitchen to grab a cup of juice.
"Sure why not, seems easy." Chad replied. "Oh, hey Daniel."
"Greetings, Chad." I responded back while pouring orange juice into a cup.
"'Greetings?' Are you an alien?" Chad joked.
"Melvins alien theory was right!" Vy gasped as they both laughed.
"Haha, very funny." I said trying to hide my annoyance.
"Hey, are you still mad at Melvin?" Vy asked.
"Um, I don't know." I replied, "kind of. Where is he anyways?"
"He's outside with Regina, I think they're filming for Reginas channel." (She still had it then) Chad tells me.
"Oh, alright." I said as I walk towards the window to see what they were up to, but as soon as I did that, Melvin looked back and we both made eye contact, I tried to turn away but he ran inside trying to talk to me.
"Hey, Daniel! Dude!" He called after me but I was already half way to my room.
I was about to enter my room but he grabbed my wrist.
"Ugh, let go of me, Melvin!" I told him.
"Not until we talk first." He dragged me into my room and locked the door behind him, standing in front of it so that I couldn't get out.
"Fine, what do you want to talk about?"
"Are you still mad at me because I kissed you?"
"Yes! I still am!" I said angrily.
"Why? I've kissed you on the cheek so many times before, what's so different about the lips?" He asked. Was he serious about that?!"
"That was my first kiss Melvin! You know I've never been with a girl before, which meant that I've never had my first kiss before." I argued.
"So you've like never kissed someone before? Not even on the lips?"
"No!!" I yelled. "Why did you have to kiss me?!"
"I was just making a point to the Spy Ninjas! I didn't know it would aggravate you so much."
"Well it did, and "making a point"? What does that even mean?? I was about to just tell them how we accidentally glued our hands together and then you just practically made out with me! I'm not making out with you!"
"What?" Melvin says laughing, "Daniel, it was just a kiss for like a second! I'm sorry I somehow "stole" your first kiss from you."
"You've never kissed anyone either, what are you?? Gay or something?!" As soon as I said that, I regretted it, I was just waiting for him to yell back at me, but instead he just stood their, mouth open like he wasn't about to speak but wouldn't, or couldn't.
He sighed and looked like he was about to break down in tears, so he unlocked my door and ran out of the room.
"Wha- Melvin!" I tried calling after him. "Melvin!!"
"What do you want?!" He yelled at me.
"Why did you just storm off like that?" I asked him.
"Because I'm-" He paused to look around for a second, then pulled me aside so that the rest couldn't hear us.
"Look, I-" He looked scared and startled. "I am... gay, okay??"
I started at him for a few seconds as tears started streaming down his face.
"Oh." I said, "Okay."
He sighed.
"Thanks for telling me, and... I'm sorry."
"For what?" He said looking away in shame.
"For yelling at you, I really shouldn't have overreacted that badly, I'm sorry." I apologized to him.
"O-oh, okay, uh..thanks, I guess."
"No problem, buddy." I smiled and patted him on the shoulder. "Hey it's, getting close to dinner time, do you wanna go out and grab a bite with me?" I asked him.
"Really? Okay, sure." He smiled back at me.
I grabbed my jacket and we walked out.

8:05pm

Melvin and I just got back from dinner if you could even call it that, we just walked to Subway and ate their for two hours and then came back. It was nice, I still do feel a little bad for yelling at him so much earlier, even though he did take my first kiss away from me. I think I just heard a sharp breath and crying...
