LONG CHAPTER
George POV
I woke up to the sound of Dream humming an unfamiliar tune quietly.
"What's that tune?" I asked Dream, looking up at him.
"Dunno, just heard it in a dream and now it's stuck in my head." Dream answered.
To my dismay, he stopped humming as soon as he answered that question.
"What time is it." I asked, only now realizing that I was still tired.
"Around 6, we should probably get going soon." Dream said.
I got a whole extra hour of sleep and I'm still tired?
"Noooo. More sleep." I said dragging out the 'o' in 'No'. "I'd love to sleep in more too buddy, but we need to prepare to meet The Alliance." Dream said sadly. "I thought we were meeting The Alliance at sundown?" I asked confused. To which Dream responded with "We are, but for them it's a 5 hour drive, so they'll be leaving around 1 pm. And since we're going to be getting there by helicopter, we're leaving around 3."
"I still don't see why we have to get up so early." I said wrapping my arms around Dream's torso in effort to prevent him from getting up.
"We also have to make sure everybody that can, is guarding the walls." Dream said.
"And?" I said. It was more of an attempt to stall than a genuine question. "And we need to be out of bed to do that, c'mon Georgie." Dream responded while sitting up.
"Nooo." I said, still having my arms wrapped around Dream's torso.
Tell me I'm acting like a little kid not wanting to get up for school in the morning, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to want to get up at 6 in the morning, even if it is an hour later than usual.
"Hey, look at me." Dream said softly as he tilted my head upward. I obliged and stared at him with pleading eyes.
"If you get out of this bed without any more of a fight, we can go to Nikki's bakery for breakfast." Dream said.
My eyes immediately lit up at that statement. "Okay!" I said happily as I removed my arms from around Dream.
The blond smiled and gave me a quick kiss on the forehead before I skipped out of the room, but as soon as I exited, I turned back around and poked my head into the bedroom. "Is there anything specific I need to wear for when we meet up with The Alliance?" I asked. "Nope, wear whatever you want." Clay said before heading to his closet.
With that, I sped out of Dream's room. I opened the door and walked out into the hall, where I was met with Karl, who was just about to pass by the door. "Oh, hi Karl, you startled me." I said. He didn't respond though, he just looked between me and the door I had just exited. "Isn't that- WAIT... It is! Oh my god- SAPNAP!!!" He yelled, as he spun around and started sprinting in the direction he had just come from "YOU OWE ME 5 WHITE MONSTERS!" He screamed as he ran. He left me standing in the middle of the hallway confused.
What the hell was that?
I shrugged it off and went into my own room.
Hmm... What to wear. What to wear. I thought as I looked through the various clothing options I had.
I looked through my outfit options a moment longer and decided to go with some black cargo pants, black combat boots, a dark blue hoodie, and some white clout glasses.
