TW: pills (just for George's nerves.)

Just a quick announcement: next chapter will be good, I have some plans for it that I think you'll like.

George POV

We waited about 5 minutes and now everyone was in the helicopter.

Would now be a good time to mention my fear of heights?

Probably not.

"Alright, now that everyone's here, let's get ready for takeoff." Dream said once Techno was in the van. I found it a bit absurd that Technoblade had agreed to come with a still damaged shoulder. But he insisted that he was fine and came anyways.

(Okay so I know they'd need headphones and shit but I forgot about that and it's too late now.)

"On it." Bad said simply as he flipped a few switches and pressed a few buttons in front of him.

Who knew that Bad could fly a helicopter?

"Taking off in 3..." Bad said. I took in a deep breath. This was happening so fast, I barely had time to process it. "2..." I held my breath and kept my gaze on the ground while everyone else looked towards the front..

Thank god me and Dream are towards the back.

"1..." Bad finished. I felt the helicopter start to lift off the ground. And once it did, Dream gently grabbed my hand.

I looked at him in surprise, only to see him looking ahead like nothing had happened.

The helicopter rose for a few more seconds before it started going forward. That change in movement was all it took for me to grasp onto Dream's hand tightly and quickly return my gaze to the floor again.

After a minute or so, it was clear that there wouldn't be a change in direction any time soon, so I let myself relax slightly. Only slightly though, seeing as I was still nervous about being so high up in the air. The others seemed to notice to, because they started to make conversation with each other.

To my dismay, Dream let go of my hand leaned to right and started rummaging through a black bag.

I moved my hands to my lap only to start nervously fidgeting with them.

A few seconds later, Clay seemed to have found what he was looking for because he returned back to his position before and held an orange bottle towards me.

"They'll help calm your nerves and stop you from getting motion sickness. Take one." He said.

I thankfully took the bottle and swallowed one without any water before handing them back to Dream.

"Thank you." I said as the blond put them back in the bag he had retrieved them from.

"Don't mention it." He said once they were back in the black bag.

Since the effects hadn't quite kicked in yet, I returned to nervously fidgeting with my hands.

But not even 10 seconds later, the blond forced them apart and held my right hand in one of his own.

I smiled and held onto his hand as he held onto mine.

Around 10 minutes later I felt my nerves start to calm down and I started looking out the window behind me and just enjoyed the beautiful scenery below. Ahead of us I could see that the city stretched out for miles. Though most of the buildings were mildly run down, it was still an admirable view.

Time Skip to the end of the trip (a little under 3 hours)

I spent the remainder of the trip looking out some of the different windows, and even occasionally jumping in on the conversations the others were having.
