Shoto pov:

Izukus eyes locked shut and I yelled his name "Shoto, he's losing a lot of blood, I believe the last placenta has torn him inside" I shook my head "No" I growled hugging my mate in my arms "Shoto, he'll die if you don't let him go. We need to take him" I began crying "No" I said crying in my mate's neck. The pregnancy scent was not as strong so his was coming back in, though it was getting weaker a sign of death.

I bit my lip then let Izuku go, I rubbed his cheeks gently kissing his forehead "Come back to me okay, I love you my omega" I whispered in his ear then kissed over my mate mark "Come back to our perfect family okay" I inhaled his scent for the final time then let him get wheeled away. I could see the puddle of his blood on the floor. Usually if I smelt or saw his blood it made me hungry but this time it made me sick.

I curled up on the floor in a ball in the corner as a beta man came in cleaning it up. I felt my phone ring, I picked it up and answered it. "Shoto?" It was my mum "Where is the room, how did the birth go" I could hear commotion meaning she brought the other omegas. I didn't speak, I didn't feel like it, my mate was gone. I heard the commotion gathering out the room and the phone beeped as everyone walked in and looked around "Wheres Izuku?" Inko asked.

I began crying "Oh honey" Mina said hugging me instantly "Shh" she said "Where my Zuku" Inko asked again "Inko it's okay" my mum said. "He-he" I started but couldn't finish. I smiled remembering the three beautiful cries of my babies "He gave birth to three beautiful healthy crying babies" I said. Shinsou smiled slightly "That's good then" I nodded. "They are so beautiful." I squeezed Izuku's ring in my hand "But the last after birth ripped something in him" I said and Denki gasped.

I felt my face get wiped by mum "He's not long been taken. He needs to be operated on" I said looking at my feet "I told him it wasn't safe for a natural birth" Kirishima nodded "We all did, but Izuku wanted it" Bakugo grunted nodding. I could see he was trying not to cry "That the nerd for you, he sticks to what he wants. I thought you knew that icyhot when you marked him" I nodded. Hoshiko walked in and I looked at her "Izuku is under now and is being operated on" I nodded.

She smiled at the family "You may all come to see the babies, two at a time, but unless the father you need to wear gloves and a face mask. They nodded "Well go first" Mina said with Uraraka and I nodded. They followed the lady to the door "You'll all get five minutes each to say hello" I nodded and Hoshiko took the girls out of the room. Inko sat next to me pulling my head onto her shoulder missing my head. "He'll fight this" she said and I nodded. My mum sat on my other side.

She rubbed my knee "At least all the babies are healthy" my dad said and I nodded "Yeah" I smiled "Their names are..." I stared. Me and Izuku haven't told anyone yet so I thought it be nice for them to know "Ayaka, she has green hair, a mix between your Inko and Izuku" I said smiling. "Then our only little boy Aidan" I said looking up at my dad "He's got bright red hair" Denki smiled "Izuku want one of them to have red hair" I nodded smiling "And our firstborn and biggest girl Crystal" I looked at my mum "She has such pretty white hair like yous" she smiled cupping my face.

I nuzzled my forehead against hers "They are beautiful names" I hummed "What is the surname?" my dad asked, I looked up at him "Izuku wanted Todoroki" I said smiling "And if you know Izuku he gets his own way so they are Todorokis" Inko smiled "Yeah Izuku always know how to get his own way" I nodded and leaned back against the wall. Mina and Uraraka came back in a few minutes later.
