Izuku pov:

I smiled as Shoto feed me pancakes "Shoto you really don't have to" I said and he shushed me with a kiss "Of course I do, it's valentines day and I said some very nasty things two days ago" I hummed rolling my eyes "I forgive you already alpha" he kissed my lips "Plus let me treat you" I sighed leaning back into his chest "Fine" he kissed my head.

I smiled chewing the food rubbing my belly "I don't have much for you Sho, I'm sorry" he chuckled kissing my neck "Well it'll just have to be an IOU" I nodded "Yeah once these three cuties come out" I traced a small heart over a protruding bit. Shoto placed his hand on it "Yeah" he said. Once the food was done he offered me his wrist. "You know my rule by now right" I said and he nodded then bit into my shoulder.

I hummed biting him drinking down his blood. Once I was finished I healed my bite and so did he. He smirked and kissed my lips, I allowed his tongue in and it swirled with mine. I hummed gripping the back of his head and he pulled back slightly. I gasped panting. He gave me a sad smile then licked my lips cleaning me up then licked his own lips. He rubbed his nose on mine then moved to be in front of me.

He rubbed my belly "Next present, a wonderful massage" I hummed and then gasped as he kissed my swollen ankles "Hey" I said as he kissed up to my knees. I was in a pair of boxers and a feeding bra. I've been more swollen in my feet, ankles, knees, and my hands "Where is hurting baby?" he asked rubbing my belly "Everywhere" I said honestly. There wasn't anything that didn't hurt or irritated in some way. He nodded and then rolled me onto my side.

I gasped then relaxed as his hands pushed on my back "Enjoy okay" I nodded as he began rubbing my back gently. I grunted and sighed when he went over a painful area getting out the knots making me feel more relaxed. Shoto chuckled moving to my hips "Does it feel good love?" I nodded closing my eyes "Amazing. Don't stop please" he kissed my belly "Of course honey" I hummed and began purring at the now relaxing muscles. Shoto somehow has an amazing ability to get rid of my pain, it might have to do with his quirk but who cares when it feels so good.

Shoto then moved on to my hands which I happily let him do, I gasped as he left kissed over a few scars "Have a nap my sweet" I shook my head "Nope, I'm gonna spend today with you" he chuckle kissing my neck leaning on me slightly "Hmm such a lovely mate" he kissed my cheek "I love you" I hummed looking into his eyes "I want at least one of our children to have these amazing eyes" I said and he nuzzled my hands.

I pulled him into a kiss "Izuku please don't" he said and I pouted "Why?" he rubbed my belly "It's not fair to turn on your alpha and not be able to help. Even Hoshiko says mating is dangerous now considering how close we are to being full term with triplets" I huffed out. He wasn't wrong most triplets are born in two weeks from where I am now. I'm 30 weeks and a couple of days so if anything were to go wrong my babies could be in danger. 

I hummed rubbing his chest "We don't have to fully mate, you've used my thighs before" I said giggling "Yeah but you got so whiney because you weren't able to cum until something entered you" I crossed my arms "It's fine omega, let alpha rub your feet now okay" I nodded pouting, that was until he began rubbing my feet "Hmm thats nice" I said nuzzling one of Shoto's jumpers "Izuku that is what I want. I pulled his head to rest on it "You three better treat your dada really well, he is so perfect and kind" I said and he smiled closing his eyes relaxing on my belly. He hummed a little tune I've heard it on the radio a few times. "I wish I could stay home with you" I nodded humming "So do I but you have school. I would love to be there but umm" he nodded chuckling. "Yeah carrying three growing babies make you out of breath and makes it hard to walk" he said and I nodded.
