Izuku pov:

I woke up to a dark room "Sho" I called quietly as my throat still hurt and I found it hard to speak too loudly. I then heard a baby cry, I wanted to get up but as soon as I placed my feet on the floor to stand my legs went jelly-like and I fell back onto the bed. "Hey, hey shh, shh" I heard SHoto say then turned on the light. He looked at me and gasped "Izuku" he said and I whimpered tears filling my eyes.

He lifted me up and placed me back in bed "I tried to see to her but as soon as I stood my legs gave up" he wiped my eyes "Izuku you were in a coma for two weeks you won't be able to walk right away without help" I sniffled "I-I just want to care for my babies" he kissed my forehead then kissed my lips "I'll pass them to you, how about you try breastfeeding?" I nodded smiling at him "Okay" he walked over to one of the beds and picked up Ayaka.

He carried her over to me and handed her to me, I bounced her slightly letting my gown fall off the opposite shoulder leaving my nipple, I moved her closer and she latched on. Shoto smiled kissing my lips "She's drinking better this feed" I smiled kissing him again. "I looked down at my baby drinking, she had her eyes closed and her hands rested above where she was drinking. Shoto sat at the end of the bed just watching.

That was until the next baby began crying, he picked Aidan up bouncing him. I Let the other side of the gown fall and held out my either arm "You sure?" he asked and I nodded. H replaced him in my arm. I moved it closer and the baby latched on, he calmed down sucking instantly "Good boy" I said patting his bottom gently. He grunted as he drank and relaxed, I look back to Ayaka seeing see was still drinking but also falling to sleep.

I smiled looking up at to my mate "I love you" he kissed me softly "Love you too Izuku" I kissed each of the babies ahead "And I love you both" Crystal then began crying, Shoto picked her up grabbing a bottle. He placed it in her mouth and she began sucking. "The twins have the same eye shape and nose shape but have two completely different face shapes" I said and he nodded "They are only semi identical so..." I nodded "I love how they all got freckles" I smiled at my mate "Well I'm glad that you've taken such good care of them while I was asleep. I also heard you all by the way" he hummed then began burping the baby in his arms.

I noticed Aidan had go to sleep already so I held him against my shoulder patting his back gently. He let out a few burps and I smiled handing him to SHoto who put the sleeping babies in their shared bed. Ayaka was still somewhat awake so I hummed the song Shoto used to and he joined in sitting next to me wrapping his arm around me. I lifted the baby up to my shoulder as she unlatched then patted her back gently. She burped then nuzzled my shoulder I laid back and rubbed her back. Once she was asleep I gave her to my mate and he put her in her bed.

Shoto then came back to me laying next to me wrapping his arms around my waist "It's nice to be able to hod to close like this again" I hummed turning over snuggling into his neck. "Hey umm Izuku?" I hummed as he rubbed my hip "Could I umm" I looked up at him seeing him blushing "What alpha?" he looked away "Can I try..." I hummed "What do you want to try?" he faced me again "Only if you don't mind or..." I sighed.

I cupped his face "What is it?" he looked at my chest "Could I try 0the milk?" I felt my face burn "Oh, umm" he looked away "I just wanna make sure my babies are getting the best of the best" I hummed and he cupped my cheek "Not that I don't think your milk is the best, I just wanna taste. It smells so good" I could see his vampire and alpha coming through. "Well I don't have my breast pump and my boobs hurt from still being overfilled so I guess" he smiled and I let the gown fall from my chest again.
