Izuku pov:

I smiled letting him go "Come on Sho let's get going" he nodded smiling "We are going on my bike" I gasped jumping up and down "Yay come on" I began tugging him out of the room "Okay, calm down" he chuckled and pulled me into his arms lifting me up. I smiled down at him kissing his lips. I was put down and Fuyumi came up to me "When are we doing that girl thing?" I sighed.

Once again it had to be canceled last time because of me "Well, Kiri, Bakugo, Shinso and Denki will be coming because bond" she nodded and I smiled "But sometime this week" she nodded and hugged me. "You are just the best baby brother" I giggled and Shoto gasped "Hey I'm right here" Fuyumi hummed.

I began laughing "Aww Sho are you jealous of your omega and..." I shut my mouth as Fuyumi looked at me "What?" she asked "Of your omega and sister" I said hiding the slight slip up. Fuyumi smirked nodding at him "No but get off him now Fuyumi" she sighed letting me go "Fine" she waved as we continued on.

I put the helmet on and climbed onto Shoto's bike as soon as we got into the garage. Shoto smirked "You're almost as desperate to ride that thing as you are to ride me" My face burned and he chuckled kissing my lips then put his helmet on. He climbed in front of me putting the keys in then started the engine.

We began the drive and I nuzzled his back. I looked over his shoulder at where we were once he stopped seeing the hospital I went to for the babies. "huh?" I asked getting off allowing him to lock up "You'll see" he wrapped his arm around me and he guided me to a different entrance which seemed to be to the side of it.

He looked at the lady at the desk and she nodded back, I wasn't too affected as she was an alpha but I still didn't like it. We walked to a room and he knocked on the door, he pocked his head in and I heard a quiet voice "I brought a surprise for you" he said in the room. I heard more mumbling "Come on Izuku" I was tugged into the room.

Sitting on a bed was Rei. I ran up to her hugging her and she hugged me back "I thought I would never see you again" she said cupping my cheeks then noticed my nack "Shoto" she said glaring, "What?" the boy asked. "Auntie Rei it's fine. I asked him to mark me. We've only recently mated" she nodded looking back at me.

I stepped back slightly "Happy birthday" I said and she smiled "You remembered?" I nodded "I didn't realize we were seeing you today" I glared at Shoto "Or I would have brought a gift" she giggled "I brought you as my gift" Shoto said and I punched his arm "You ass" he chuckled and kissed my cheek. "You technically do have gifts" he said.

Rei eyed me "What do you mean?" I sighed and step closer taking her hand, I placed it on my belly "Well umm" her eyes widened "Shoto" she called shocked. "His fault" he said pointing at me "Yeah I will say it accurately is" she hummed "I'm gonna be a grandma" I nodded smiling. Her face became shocked "Presents? As in more than one" I laughed nodding.

She shook her head "How many exactly, only two right?" I hummed giggling "No" she removed her hand "Three?" I nodded placing my hand on my belly "Yep" she laid back "Woah, three all at once. Are you okay?" I nodded "Yeah it's still a shock to me too, Shoto is all about it" I said as he placed his hand on my belly purring.

He nuzzled my neck "Yeah because you are carrying my babies. My perfect omega." I kissed his cheek "Because you did your job as my alpha giving me what I wanted" he kissed my lips "How far along are you?" Rei asked "Oh five weeks and two days" she nodded "So who knows?" I sighed.
