Izuku pov:

I woke up in the hospital room, Shoto in a chair laying his head on the bed "Shoto?" I called and he lifted his head connecting our lips "Stupid, stupid omega" he said against my lips. I wrapped my arms around him kissing him back "I'm sorry" I whispered pulling away "It's okay, you followed your motherly instincts" I then suddenly looked around "Aidan?" he chuckled "Out with our parents and his sibling getting you something." I sighed leaning back "Is he okay?" he nodded rubbing my thigh "Perfectly fine" I smiled "So you found out Dabi was my brother?" he said and I nodded humming. "Yeah, I figured it out two days before going" he nodded.

I looked at the time "How long have I been out?" I asked, he gave me a soft smile "A few hours but they had to give you stitches from where toga cut you" he looked worried "Did she cut our mate mark?" he smiled and kissed me "No that's perfectly fine as well" I sighed in relief and he kissed me "I lost a little control when I tasted your blood" he said quietly "That my fault, I've not been that mate you deserve or even the mother our kids deserve" he shook his head kissing my left hand over the ring.

He smiled at me "No Izuku you had lost your baby of course your not gonna wanna do anything any mother would be the same" he leaned up and kissed me "But now you should feed" I pulled him onto the bed and flipped him so I straddled his hips "Only if we share" he chuckled humming "I guess we could" I connected our lips then trailed my kisses to his feeding mark and bit into it. He bite into my feeding mark and we both began feeding, gulping down each other's blood. I moaned as he moved to different spots around it sucking gently but not biting, which meant he was leaving marks.

When a throat cleared we healed the bites we made then looked over, there stood our parents with the babies "Mama" they called "Dada" Aidan called after as my mum carried him over. Izuku took all three of our children and held them close crying "Baby?" he smiled "I'm fine, I'm so happy." he nuzzled each baby and I went next to him draping an arm over the babies backs, they were all laid on his chest so it also meant my arm went over him. I kissed my mate's temple smiling as each baby gave him what counted as a kiss to us but was really just sucking on our faces. It was nice to have my whole family back in my arms again "I'm glad we were fast enough" my dad said and I hummed "I would have given up my whole life for my mate and son" Izuku kissed my lips "But don't I need you by my side to be brave enough for this parenting thing" I hummed and kissed his forehead.

Time skip: 3 hours

After finding out Izuku was completely okay and doing tests just to make sure the hospital let us all leave, as soon as we got home Izuku was in our nest with the triplets playing. They were due a nap in five minutes so I just left him to play, I had changed Aidan out of the clothing he was wearing as it didn't look all that good and old. Once he was changed Izuku was all over him checking his body over, I smiled then watched as he offered the boy his hand. The baby bit down and Izuku rubbed his head, the girls then began whimpering and he offered his other hand. Ayaka bit into Izuku's wrist and Crystal bite his hand, they all had their thangs now so they could all bite which meant I could be of more use feeding them their blood supply.

I climbed into the nest behind Izuku then bite into his neck, he hummed as I began sucking. Yes I did feel jealous of my children feeding but as long as I too can feed I don't mind too much "Does my little family love my blood" I nodded pulling away "Love it" he giggled and turned his head kissing my lips licking them after. I kissed him again nipping at his bottom lip "Careful omega" he giggled and turned back to the babies allowing me to latch back onto his neck. He leaned back into my chest releasing more of his scent which made me very happy "Thank you baby" I said healing the bite then kissed him. He hummed then winced as the babies pulled away, it was cute watching them try healing it but at some point I do have to help them. I picked Izuku's hands up and healed all three bites.
