TOUYA coughed blood as they fell down from exhaustion. The iron taste in their mouth made them nauseous as well the confusing ringing sound in their ear.
They looked up to see heartless blue eyes staring down at them disappointedly . His lips moved, but they couldn't hear a single thing he was saying.
Their vision bluried as they felt their eyes getting dry. Tears pricked at the corners, some of them falling down their scarred cheeks dripping in to the pool of blood beneath them. They internally cringed at the sight of their nails' scratches on the wooden floor and their broken and calloused fingers, laying dead in front of them.
I'm exhausted.
They really surpassed their limit a long time ago, now they laid almost lifeless and bloodied, waiting for the man to turn his back and exit the dojo so they could finally let out their desperate screams in pain.
Am I really in pain, though?
They glanced at their bruised arms.
I can't feel anything.
They could barely feel their heartbeat. It was a miracle their heart was still thumping after all that.

Touya sighed in relief as they heard the door shut. They finally cried. They didn't even know why.
