"No!" Snowstorm cried, bolting over to her father and brother, tears already forming in her eyes. She shook her brother's shoulders, sobbing as she crouched over his body. Her tears dripped into the puddle of deep blue blood the colour of Whale's scales. Radiance gave a screech of fury and anguish as she turned, snarling, towards Queen Dolphin. Whale stood beside his Queen, ready to attack any IceWings that tried to hurt her. Confusion still whirled in his mind as his eyes tried to process the puddles of blood and corpses on the tiles that had been pearly white just moments ago.
"You," The IceWing Queen hissed, a slight crazed look in her eyes. "You and your STUPID tribe! You can never be trusted, you traitors! We try and try to be in a peaceful alliance with you, but knowing you SeaWings it always ends up with betrayal and death.The IceWings are DONE with this alliance! Go fend for yourselves, we're joining the NightWings and SkyWings! Queen Ember and Queen Nighthunter will be more trustworthy than you!" Whale gazed at Snowstorm's bloodshot, teary eyes with a look of dispear. Just when things had started to go right, Snowstorm's family had been murdered. This would surely mean that they couldn't have dragonets and be happy together now. Radiance spread her wings, still muttering words of anger and grief. She ordered her guards and the other IceWings to carry the corpses, looking with anguish at her son and husband. She took off into the midnight blue sky, her shiny scales mirroring the moonlight. Looking torn, Snowstorm took one last grief-filled look at Whale, before turning to launch off of her sandy, blood-stained talons Northwest, towards the Ice Kingdom, and towards a future without him.
Geez, three updates in one day! Don't expect this regularly, although I do have a lot of time on my hands right now but soon I'm going back to school, and the update rate will slow down a LOT. Bye!
