Reader POV: The day had been long as me and frypan had been working away in the kitchen all day to make enough stew for the boys. Along with the stew, we had chopped up fruit and made clear cups with multiple varieties of chopped up produce.

I started to fill up some cups with apple juice while he filled some up with orange juice. I was walking with one in my hand but accidentally went to fast causing the juice to splash on fry.
He turned around as I gave him a pitiful smile, he grabbed a cup and splashed a little on me while giggling. I gasped "fry!" I said acting offended in a sarcastic tone. He chucked a piece of kiwi fruit at me.
"Oopies," he giggled, I reached over and grabbed a piece of banana. This soon turned into a full on food fight with fruit and juice going all over the kitchen and each other. Smiles on both of our faces soon faded when we saw the stew star to bubble over the pot.
We glanced back over at each other before rushing to the stew to turn down the heat. When we turned down the stew we looked back at each other before we burst out laughing. I wrapped one of my arms around his neck while using my other hand to get some food of his face. We shared a soft kiss before he spoke.
