A year on from the victory at Zator, the UGF had a series of success from their liberation campaign, liberating 15 other planets from the hands of the Imperial Fascists and also taking POW's along the way, and establishing a convoy route for supplies to the front lines; but they unfortunately heard of the loss of King Maximus Strongous the Great, who died peacefully in his sleep, this almost led into a crisis in who will succeed the former king, luckily within a week after King Maximus' death one man stepped up to to take the throne, Lord Bertrand McBatten of Kildansk and Earl of Baltenburg, a week before the death of King Maximus, Lord Bertrand had plans to retire from the Imperial Englashica Navy with the rank of Vice Admiral; but all that changed when he heard of the King's death, and so on the 19th August 2622, Lord Bertrand McBatten became King Bertrand I of Englashica, Lord Admiral of the Imperial Englashica Navy and Admiral of the Imperial Fleet; he now is with the UGF and in command of the Englashica Fleet Division.
But word has spread of Naval intelligence reporting on the movements of a 'Large Dreadnought' interrupting convoy movements and posing a threat to the UGF and the campaign of liberation, Admiral Smith was looking at a hologram and trying to decide where the dreadnought could be, also in the room was Captain Helena Watson of the battlecruiser HMS Lake Superior, Commodore William McDouglas of the USS Wichita, and Commander Seamus McCormick of the QBS Claidheamh Brus; Admiral Smith started briefing everyone "the latest intelligence reports that there has been a series of SOS signals from multiple merchant ships, we're able to connect these positions together and create a possible path of which course the enemy is heading"; the positions of the merchant vessels appeared on the hologram and then a line also appeared connecting the positions together.
"It looks like it was heading south or south-west" said Captain Watson as she observed the hologram.
"Then why would it head on a south-western course, could it be turning about and heading back northwards" asked Commodore William.
"What's this towards the east?" asked Commander Seamus as he pointed at the hologram.
"it looks like an asteroid belt" answered Admiral Smith, "then we'll head there, into the asteroid belt" continued Admiral Smith; the others agreed and joined Admiral Smith in the search for the dreadnought.
Within a few hours the small fleet arrived at the asteroid belt and began to gingerly enter until Admiral Smith saw what looked like to be water on the top of huge asteroid, the crew scanned it to see if it was acidic, but it wasn't, so Admiral Smith decided that the fleet will land onto the ocean and carry out day and night watches; as Admiral Smith was on his ships bridge, he wondered "Where and what are you? I want to know".
