For five years there was tension all over the galaxy because Zeta Pictoris has reclaimed the Dyne-Nebula, Germanica's main industrial resource of Platonium, Kassium and Liquidized Uranium. World leaders of Earth hold an FSC (Federation of Space Command) emergency meeting on the subject of the growing tension and fear from the Germanicans empire growth in the galaxy. Defence secretary of the FSC General Mortimer Jenkins said "We need every single force to defeat this planet of dictators; HMS Liberator will go and try to seek other universes that despise the Germanican Empire and establish alliances with them".

So on the 14th September 2619 HMS Liberator set sail for the longest journey of its career, with a decent ships escort: 3 battle cruisers, 7 cruisers, 15 destroyers and 20 submarines, all ships set sail towards the Latari System everything there was French but one planet had a different species, the planet was called Sigma Draconis, their people were French speaking Parisians, they were happy to see the people of Earth because after the First Inter-Galactic War the people of Earth came to the Latari System to help rebuild the universe and planets. The crew on-board the HMS Liberator were to sign and accept the alliances, the captain of HMS Liberator was Captain L. Smith, Communications Officer Millie Ova, Technical Officer Shaun Starlight, Tactical Officer Katie Safire and on Navigational Radar was Shida; After quick and easy talks both leaders sign the Inter-Galactic alliance, the next stop for HMS Liberator was the Theta Penduli System, but before the ship left Sigma Draconis, President Polland wanted to come with HMS Liberator on the ships journey. The crew gladly accepted and set sail towards the Theta Penduli System, alongside HMS Liberator was the Parisian fleet. Within three hours the fleet arrived and entered the Theta Penduli System; this was a universe formed by peace and prosperity hoping to get rid of the terror that could reach the peaceful planets of the Theta Penduli System. HMS Liberator and the Parisian fleet had arrived at the planet Theta Horologii their leader was Queen Bismah Sluder, the people of Barli were cheering the people of Earth because they know that HMS Liberator can defeat the Germanicans, talks was held at the Taji Mohali Palace and silence was spread all over the planet Theta Horologii, everyone listened to the radio, once the alliance was made there was a roar of cheers everywhere. So two alliances established and the journey continues for HMS Liberator.
