Admiral Smith was in his quarters writing in his diary "Admiral's log: Date Friday 13th March 2622. The fleet is nearing the Polandika sector in which we will be liberating Zator from the evil clutches of the enemy. I do have a slight feeling that the enemy will probably have heavy defences in the form of Anti-Aircraft Guns, coastal gun positions, fighters, dive bombers, and defence ships. I do believe that this campaign will be a long and difficult journey towards our goal, but we must focus on our first major operation, to liberate Zator and free the people from the hands of the evil Germanican Empire; If we capture and liberate Zator within three months, we will probably be able to quickly move onto the next planet... hopefully"; Admiral Smith was interrupted by the sound of the bugle, he immediately heads down to the bridge "What's going on?" he asked. "There is an enemy fleet straight ahead sir" answered Shaun; Admiral Smith immediately forms a plan of attack "Signal the fleet 'Form a battle line, target the enemy fleet'"; Admiral Smith's fleet immediately turn left, meanwhile Boudiccas, Ghandial, and everyone else split off towards the right; Admiral Smith was puzzled "Why the hell did everyone else go to the right?" he thought, but quickly focused back to the battle.

Meanwhile on board the QBS Buchan Ness, Boudiccas was communicating with the fleet "Signal the GSS Austin speed 25 knots", she ordered the Chief Yeoman; The Gerodin division increased their speed and then turned to port, then made 'line a Brest' formation; "WELL THE HELL ARE THEY DOING?" asked Boudiccas, then the Yeoman approached her with a signal from HMS Liberator 'What in gods name is going on?' the message read. Boudiccas made a reply directly to Admiral Smith "The Gerodin division is charging towards the enemy, we are sailing on course 256, guns are almost in range of enemy ships"; after reading the message, Admiral Smith told Millie Ova to send a reply to Boudiccas "Try to get the Gerodin division back into the formation"; then Katie Safire shouts "OUR GUNS ARE READY TO FIRE, THE ENEMY IS IN RANGE"; Admiral Smith looked out towards the enemy... "OPEN FIRE" he shouted, the guns of his fleet erupted, the shell hurtling towards the enemy ships in which they returned fire after suffering significant damage. Meanwhile on board the Buchan Ness, Boudiccas ordered another signalling to the Gerodin Division "Retreat back into formation with the rest of the fleet"; then the captain informed Boudiccas "our guns are in range", Boudiccas replied "OPEN FIRE"; her fleet began firing at the enemy ships, ten seconds later the Parisian division opened fire just as the enemy was returning fire, then 15 seconds after the Parisians opened fire the Barlian division opened fire against the enemy fleet.

Meanwhile in Admiral Smith's division, the fleet was receiving return fire from the enemy ships, their shots missed; then Admiral Smith's fleet fired another salvo , the shells hurtled towards the enemy fleet, they penetrated through the deck and then exploded on impact in the magazine section of 5 battlecruisers and 3 battleships, also major damage was made to 6 enemy cruisers; meanwhile at the other side Boudiccas and the Allies managed to destroy the enemy fleet and start their decent towards Zator. Admiral Smith noticed the fleet descending towards the planet, he looked towards what was left of the enemy fleet "only 2 battlecruisers and 3 cruisers" he thought to himself as his fleet fired another salvo, the shells made a direct hit to the cruiser's ammunition section causing a massive explosion which blew the ships in half, while the battlecruisers suffered damage to their gun turrets in which they jammed; the enemy ships began the retreat, while Admiral Smith's fleet began their decent to Zator.
