It was dawn the next day and I dreaded walking towards the carriage. Leaving the place I grew up in to go live in a new kingdom sharing a room with the man I hated most in my life. Walking to the gates with Dream helping me with bags. He takes the bag I was carrying as we get to the gate and puts everything in the carriage. Jade, Becca, and Niki were waiting in the carriage as I walked over to my father.
"Have a safe trip." He says as he hugs me.
"Try not to miss me too much." I replied.
"Write often."
"I will." I replied. "Goodbye father." I step into the carriage
"Goodbye." He replied as the door closed.
The carriage started moving and Niki looked out the window. As we got farther and farther away Niki started talking about how beautiful the castle looked. It's not that I didn't want to go, I just didn't want to see Technoblade. After almost an hour the carriage pulled in front of the gates. The carriage was opened by Dream as he held out a hand to help us out of the carriage.
"It's beautiful." I say out loud.
"Well thank you I built it myself." Phil says walking over. "Dream please show these ladies to their rooms Techno please take y/n to your room."
Walking out from the back of the carriage was the male with the familiar mask. I grabbed my small bag from Dream while Techno got the rest. The walk to his room was silent. He opened the door and put my bags by the door.
"You can sleep on the bed, I'll take the floor." He says in his monotone voice.
"I don't mind sleeping on the floor. It's your bed after all." I tell him to set my bag down as well.
"You are the lady, you must take the bed. I'm not taking no as an answer." He says walking to the door. "Please make yourself at home."
He shuts the door behind him. 'Wow , he changed a lot over the years." I say in my mind. "But I still wonder what's under the mask."
I push the question aside and start unloading my bags. I looked around the room not seeing much. The room was pretty bare. It was empty other than the bed, a chest, and two wardrobes. One of the wardrobes had my name carved into it. I open it and see three dresses: a red one, a pink one, and a blue one. I scoot them over and start putting my own clothes in the wardrobe. Once finished it was nearing the end of the day and there was a knock on the door.
"Princess?" I hear a muffled voice ask. I open the door to see a guard.
"Hello I am George. King Philza said to gather you for dinner." He says with a smile while adjusting his white glasses.
"Thank you." I say stepping out of the room. "And please call me y/n."
"Right this way y/n." He says leading me to two large oak doors. He led me to my seat next to Techno and across from Niki. He pulled the seat out and I sat thanking him. I sat in silence most of the time listening to Phil talk to Wilbur or the whispering between Jade and Becca. Techno also stayed silent beside me.
After I finished I excused myself saying my goodnight to everyone. I changed into my nightgown and laid on the floor not caring about what Techno said and falling asleep.
Techno's pov
Once y/n left I finished and excused myself as well. I walked around the castle like I do most nights to calm the voices. Ever since I saw y/n yesterday they haven't stopped talking about her. After an hour I made my way back to the room. Opening the door I see y/n laying on the floor.
Pretty....She's cute....Keep safe....Protect....Adorable....
"Shut up"
I walked over to her and put her into the bed. I change into better clothes and lay on the floor falling asleep.
