Lourtney (Luke and Courtney) Fanfiction

Without You Pt 3

(Later that night when Joel was finally home as well) Please note I will be adding  things that are PURE fiction in this chapter! 

Luke and Courtney were sitting on the black, leather vintage couch and watching their favourite movie together, when, Courtney started crying and crying non stop. Luke was very worried about her and asked, "My dear, what's the matter?" 

 "Please! Just don't leave me!" 

"What do you mean, Courtney?!"

"Luke, you know what I mean. You could die anytime! Please just promise me you won't!" 

"Courtney, I can't promise anything, but prayer will help us get through!"

"Well then, do you want to pray with me?" Courtney asked. 

"Sure!" Luke smiled. 

"Okay. Dear God..." 

Luke turned the tv off and Courtney continued. 

"....I thank you for letting my husband come home to me. Please keep him in your prayers and please help him get through this dark time in our lives. Help him to recover. I need him more than ever before! Let him live...." Courtney burst into tears and Luke finished off the prayer and whispered, "Amen!" 

He comforted Courtney. When she was asleep, he sat next to her and fell asleep too. 

BANG! Luke hit the floor. 

Courtney woke up in a fright and looked down where the noise came from. 

Eyes widened, Courtney yelled, "Luke! Oh my goodness! Somebody! Help!" 

She couldn't lift him to take him to the hospital,even though he had lost 20 pounds, so she called Joel, at 1am in the morning! 

Joel: Hello.." 

Courtney: Joel! Oh my goodness! I am so sorry for waking you at 1 am, but Luke has passed out and he's on the floor. I can't lift him for the paramedics to reach him. Would you be able to come and help? I'll call Ben too. 

Joel: Courtney... Oh my goodness! Yes! Of course! I'll be there in about 20 minutes! 

Courtney: Okay! Thanks Joel! 

Joel: No problem. Bye! 

Courtney: Bye! 

(20 minutes later and Ben has been called as well) 

*Knock! Knock! Knock!* 

Courtney ran down the stairs and welcomed the two men inside. They both looked very concerned for Luke's health. 

"Thanks for coming.." Courtney said and Joel and Ben followed her. 

Joel and Ben gasped when they saw Luke and the state he was in. 

"okay.." Ben strategically thought about how to get Luke off the floor. 

"I reckon' we go from this side and... hmmm actually... maybe, Joel, you go that side and Courtney can you grab under his back? I'll hold the other side, and when I say 'lift' we lift him, okay?"

Courtney and Joel said okay and they managed to lift him up onto the couch for the paramedics. Ben called 911.

911 Dispatcher: Hello. 911. How can I be of assistance? 

Ben: Hi! i need an ambulance immediately! My brother passed out on the floor and he has Ulcerative Colitis....  

911 Dispatcher: Okay! First I need your name, the number you're calling from and the address of the emergency. 

Ben: Okay. My name is Ben, the number I'm calling from is [-------------}  and the address is Maple Mount Farms Nashville TN Farm number {-----} (author note: I don't know where they live in real life, so here is as much as i know.) 

911 Dispatcher: Okay! The ambulance is about 5 minutes away. They are on Maple Avenue right now. 

Ben: Okay. (5 minutes later) Oh! they're here! thank you so much!!" 

Courtney went and opened the door to the paramedics whose names were Kath and Frank. 

She welcomed them in and showed them where the emergency was.  Ben got a phone call from Paige, telling him he needs to come home. It sounded frantic. Ben left and Joel comforted Courtney whilst the paramedics worked on Luke. Luke was breathing. That was the main thing. 

The paramedics decided that Luke needed to go to hospital. Courtney jumped into the ambulance and Joel went to go check if everything was okay with Paige. 

(Joel at Ben's house) 

Joel overheard Paige and Ben talking. 

"I just can't do this anymore! I am just a burden on you all!" Paige cried out.

"Shhhh! It's okay! You can get through this! We will get through this. Paige, you are not a burden to anyone!" Ben said, comforting Paige. 

Hey The Lourtney Fan Clan! How did you like the part????? I am so excited for you all to read the non existing next part (well, i havent written it yet, plz dont worry, it's not the end of the book! Lots of parts to come!) It's a cliffhanger!! he he! What do you think is wrong with Paige?????????

 I have been doing schoolwork so it's been hard to update! I have been writing it all week! Please show your gratitude and comment what you think of the story. What would you like next??? I am so sorry for not updating for a while, but the fan clan, it was the first week back from a 2 week holiday (well for me anyways) so please! Sorry! end of rant! lol! This is probably th elongest part i have written so far! it's 900 words!!!!!!!! I am proud of myself!
