"No! Paige.. you are not a burden! Don't be sorry for calling me. I am here for you!"
"I have got to do it... I'm sorry Ben! You deserve better than me.... Go! Find someone who is a lot better than me!"
Paige ran out the door.
Ben ran after her, telling her to stop and to come back.
Eventually, Paige was out of breath and stopped for a moment. Ben ran to her and put his arms around her.
"I love you because you're you! You don't have to be afraid! We can tackle this together!"
Paige nodded and the two of them walked inside.
(Don't you dare forget that Joel is still outside, he is speechless.)
"Please don't think you're a burden, Paige! Everyone loves who you were made to be!"
"No! They pretend! I know that you deserve someone different... I am just a worthless piece of trash in the bin..."
"Who's been saying all this to you? You are enough! You are NOT a worthless piece of trash! You are you! That is my favourite thing about you. God made you you!"
"You're just being kind..."
"No Paige! I am not! I am being truthful. Ask Asher. He loves you! He wouldn't be able to live without you!"
"Well... he has YOU!"
Paige ran off down to the cliff and jumped....
