Billy's POV:
I am sat on the couch in the flat waiting for Paul. It's 10 at night and he still isn't back. He went out at 4 in the afternoon.

"Dad, I'm going to bed now. I hope Paul gets back soon. Goodnight." Summer says as she hugs me.

"Me too love. Goodnight." I say before she goes into her room and shuts the door behind her.

I don't understand where he could be. He went to hang out with some old mates and said he'd be back in 2 hours. It's been 6 hours. He hasn't even called me to let me know he's alright. Before I could continue that thought I hear the front door open and then close. It's Paul.

"There you are. Where have you been? I was worried sick about you." I say quickly but tried to stay calm. Paul just refuses to look at me.

"M' sorry." He mutters. I walk towards him and try to place my hand on his shoulder. He panics at my touch and pushes my hand away quickly. His head shoots up and he looks at me in pure fear.

"Don't- don't touch me. Please." His voice sounds so broken. God what happened?

"Paul, it's just me. It's Billy. I'm not going to hurt you. Just come sit on the couch." I say and he complies. I've never seen him to quiet before. I sit down next to him and he cringed slightly.

"What's happened Paul? This isn't like you." Once I say that he finally breaks.

He turns into a sobbing mess as he falls into my arms. I hold him tight while whispering sweet nothings in his ear.

"He at-attacked me." He cries out and my heart breaks at the sound of his sobs. I rub his back gently.

"You're ok. We will get through this together." He continues to sob.

"C'mon deep breathes lovely. We can't have you being  sick." I say to which he agrees.

After several minutes of deep breathing he finally calms down. He sits up and wipes his eyes.

"I'm sorry." He says clearly frustrated in himself. I smile gently at him.

"It's alright. You have nothing to apologies for. Do you think you could tell me what happened? If you are ready that is." I say making sure he knows that he doesn't have to talk yet.

"Not tonight please. I just want to sleep." He practically begs me.

"Ye. Of course. Let's get you to bed. Do you want me to sleep on the couch tonight?" I ask. I want him to be as comfortable as possible.

"No. I want you with me." I nod at his word before leading him to our room.

He just doesn't have any luck.
