Roy's POV:
I'm stood behind the counter waiting for any customers to arrive. This place is usually quiet so I am shocked when a group of loud teenagers walk in.
"Alright old man." One of them says smirking. The others laugh. I notice there is five of them. I ignore his rude comment and reply calmly.
"Can I get you lads anything?" I ask but they just laugh.
"Ay what's in that till, grandpa?" Another lads ask. I walk around the counter and the lads continue to laugh.
"I- I am going to have to ask you lads to leave." I say. I have finally had enough of them.
"I-I-I-I. Speak up!" The first lad shouts.
"Leave now! You are all banned." I shout.
One of them walks towards me but I don't move. He pushes me slightly causing me to stumble back a bit. Just as he is about to speak he is cut off by a voice behind me.
"Leave him alone." It's Nina.
She pushes her way Infront of me and looks the lad dead in the eye. All five lads 'woah' sounds.
"That's right, laugh at the funny goth girl. Don't even speak to him." She says.
"Get out the way you freak." The first lad says. Nina starts to remove her glove.
"She's gonna hit you with a glove mate." One of the lads say whole laughing.
"Ooh not the glove." He mocks. Nina shakes her head.
"Not the glove."
She then raises her fist and before I can say anything she hits him right in the nose.
"Ahh you broke my nose you crazy bitch." The lad says before they all leave the café.
"Nina, why did you do that?" I asked confused on why she did it.
"What do you expect me to do when I see a stuck up teen attacking you?" She says with a smile.
"Oh uh thank you." I say before looking down and going to the back.
What an eventful day.
