Cuddles and kisses - Maddie and Sophie

This is a couple I really miss. Definitely think there should be more lesbian couples on Corrie. Let me know what you think about that! I hope you enjoy this One-Shot.

In this One-Shot Sophie comes home from work (at dev's shop) to a clingy Maddie. She gives her all the attention she needs.

Maddie's POV:
"When is Maddie going to be home?" I asked looking at Sally. She sighs before sitting next to me and responding.

"She will be home soon Maddie. You have to be patient. You are only making it worse for yourself by sitting around and sulking." Her response makes me huff and lie down, curling myself into a ball. She stands up and goes into the kitchen as I respond.

"I'm just wanting cuddles from her plus it's boring here without her. No offence." I don't even look at Sally as I say this.

"None taken. Look, just put some telly on and relax. She should be back soon." I follow her advice and grab the remote. I press the on button and The Chase comes on. Just before I can start watching it the front door opens and Sophie walks in.

"Hey, I managed to get out early." She says as she sits down near my feet. I quickly sit up and launch myself at her.

"Babe, what's wrong. I can tell she is very confused. I look at her smiling softly making her do the same. I sit next to her properly and grab her hands.

"Nothing, I was just missing you. It's really boring here without you and I really wanted some of your cuddles." this makes Sophie laugh and pull me into her. She starts stroking my hair before responding.

"Maddie, I'm only down the road. You know you can always come and visit. Dev doesn't mind." I stay silent for a few seconds before responding.

"I know but I didn't want to bother you plus its really late." Sophie just shakes her head lightly before pressing a kiss to my head. I couldn't ask for a better girlfriend.
