"babe, where'd you put my shirt?" ej shouting asking his husband, from their bedroom

"uh, it should be on the dresser, next to the mirror." ricky shouted back, in the bathroom, looking in the mirror.

"oh i see it, thanks babe."

ricky walked into the room and stopped ej from what he was doing.

"hey, do you remember 14 years ago that day, when were playing on your playstation and then we played catch outside?" ricky asked, grabbing ej's hand.

"you still remember that?, and i sure do, that was the day we fell in love." ej kissed ricky. "i remember kissing you too."

"yeah, because you basically made me twist my ankle." ricky blurted, chuckling.

"hey, it's not my fault, i throw far. you decided to run backwards, so..."

ej started attacking ricky with tickles, making ricky laugh loudly.

"dads!" their 6 year old twin boys, ethan and jace ran into their room, hugging their legs.

"hey bud" said ej, picking up ethan.

"hey bubba." said ricky, picking up jace, placing him on his hip.

"god jace, you're getting big, i think i can hold you any longer." ricky joked.

"no, I'm not, I'm only 6" jace said grinning, making ricky chuckle and ruffle his soft brown hair.

"you too ethan, you're getting big." ej laughed at his ethan, putting his hands over his face.

"no that's jace not me.," ethan giggled. hugging his dad. making ricky laugh at his silly sons and husband.

this is all they both wanted, a happy family, a humble home, a happily marriage.

and they got it.

"thank you." they both said to each other, before tickling their sons.
