"Guys, have you heard?" Dave exclaimed at the group of friends the moment Shane sat down at their table.

"What?" Ethan questioned with a frown.

"Teachers and students have been getting it on!" he stated making Shane, Ethan, and Mitchell gasp in surprise. Shane looked around the cafeteria, afraid that someone had heard them but realized that all the students were speaking in hushed tones among themselves, possibly discussing the same thing that they were.

"You're kidding right?" Ethan asked with a look of disbelief which was similar to Shane's own expression.

"It's true. And they didn't even care to do it in private. They actually did it in a classroom," Dave continued and Shane made a look of disgust. To think that a teacher not only molested a student but that they also didn't have the decency to do it in private.

"You and Jeremy do it all the time in empty classrooms, stop looking so disgusted," Dave continued as he rolled his eyes at his friend.

"Yeah, but we're of the same age!" Shane argued. "And it was just a kiss!! Also, we're of the same age," the brown-haired boy continued as his cheeks heated up in embarrassment. He had told Dave that in secrecy but leave it to him to blurt it out in front of Ethan and Mitchell.

"Where is Jeremy by the way?" Ethan then asked him.

"He's in LA for the week."

"Why?" Dave questioned.

Shane sighed as he looked at the three boys. Ethan and Dave were waiting for his response but it seemed that Mitchell was lost in his own thoughts. "Long story. I'm not entirely sure but I think it has to do with me being with Meghan even though he says he had something to do in LA."

"Oh okay," said Dave with a frown. "But you're no longer with Meghan."

"He doesn't know that because he told me he was going to LA when I tried to tell him and it completely slipped my mind. I'll tell him when he gets back though, it's just better to do that in person."

"Makes sense, I guess," Ethan stated. "And have you spoken to her? You know, after the whole fiasco?"

"I don't want to," Shane groaned.

"Shane..."

"I know," he groaned. "I will though before Jer gets back. I don't like feeling this way honestly. And maybe that's still quite selfish of me but guilt isn't a good thing and I'm fucking full of it."

Ethan sighed. "Don't worry, it'll be fine. It'll take a while for her to forgive you but eventually, maybe."

Shane nodded but said nothing to that. Did he even deserve her forgiveness after what he had done to her? He didn't think so, especially since other than her being blatantly homophobic towards Ethan, Mitchell, and him, she hadn't done anything bad to him.

Shane didn't get the chance to continue thinking about it as Tris came to sit with them with Meghan in tow. The girl glared at him and he glared right back at her for a moment before averting his eyes. He didn't want to start arguing with her at that moment.

"Guys, I heard she's been arrested," Tris stated, sending the subject back to the topic the boys were initially discussing.

"Wait, she?" Ethan asked.

"Yeah, Mrs. Twist. Mitchy, remember that time we saw her and Max in the classroom?" she asked and Mitchell nodded making the boys look at him with wide eyes.
