So off we ran. On as told me about how my family was actually royalty that had to go into hiding because our lives were in danger and how my great grandmother was really the queen of some small island that I've never really heard of.

"I'm part of a what?!"

"A very important dynasty. Why is that so hard to understand?" Onax questioned.

"Well, I'm sorry if it kind of comes as a surprise to me!"

Things were silent for about an hour. I couldn't take it anymore. The quietness was going to kill me, but what was I suppose to say?

We stopped at a clearing, just on the outside of town. It was late. We needed sleep, but I couldn't. Memories of my parents filled my head. Was my mind trying to make me cry? Well it worked.

When Onax fell asleep, I decided to run. Away from him, away from where he was trying to take me, away from it all. It was to much to handle. I wanted to go home. I wanted my friends. I had to go back.

I made it back to town by sunrise. The town looked normal, well until I noticed that there was no one in around. I went to my friend, Ginger's house, But no one was there either. I search and searched and searched until I found every one in our local church. Half of the town were dead in a pile in the corner. The smell of death filled the room. The other half looked like my father after I had found him killing mother. Same sharp teeth, same beady eyes, all staring directly at me.

"Wh...what? They really did find the rest of the town." I said in a concerned whisper.

I searched the pile with my eyes. At the top of the stack laid my friends, Toni and Ruby. But where was Ginger? Reluctantly, I looked over at the demons, then I saw it. There was Ginger. Her eyes glowed red with blood lust. The sharp fangs from her mouth were covered with the color red. Red. Red. Red. The color was everywhere. It stained everything.

They stared at me. I froze in the moment. Truly, everything was gone now. Even the girls that bullied me. Gone. I had to get help, but who could I get. I couldn't call the police. They were either dead or wanted me dead. Onax was asleep when I left. If he did wake up he wouldn't know where I was. Either way I had to get out of there. If I didn't, I would be beast food. Ending up like my friends. Left on the pile. Scraps of food. As good as trash to them.

So, why hadn't they moved yet. They just stood there. All of the sudden, they spoke.

"Princess Crystal?" they said in unison. "Princess Crystal must be eliminated."

"But I'm not a princess! How many times do I have to say it?" I yelled. This was the second time someone had called me a princess that day. I didn't get tin why did they all think I was royalty. I mean, dad always called me his little princess, but that's what dad's do. They don't mean it literally.

"This is Princess Crystal of Ausi. Next in line for the crown. The royal family shall fall. There must not be another generation. She must be eliminated." the group of Demons spoke again. Their eyes glowed red. It felt as if it was piercing my skin. I was terrified.

I had to do something. They started to walk forwards me. Why couldn't I move? It's like I was stuck in a block of ice. They were walking faster now. I had to snap out of it. Come on dammit, move! They were now at a slow run. I had to get out of there. I would not die there. Not like that! So, I ran.
