chapter 5

Allie's POV

   "Come on Allie. We're gonna be late!" I heard Annie yell. "I'm coming." I yelled back. I grabbed my phone and shoes and went into the hallway. Keri led us outside and we got into the limo. "Ok guys, it's an hour long drive so please don't pee in the car." Our driver joked. We laughed and got seated.

   Leo was meeting us there since it didn't start for over 10 hours. I got a bag of Skittles and a sprite from the little cubby. "Are you excited?" Bailey asked me. "Guess so. I'm ready to get to Texas." I shrugged. He nodded and put his arm around me. I put my headphones on and waited for us to arrive.

    After a while we finally arrived. Keri took us to the stage where we rehearsed and did sound checks. When we were done doing that we were put on vocal rest so we went into a group chat.

Allie: I want to explore...

Annie: what are we waiting for?!

Shawn: pft. Let's go!!

Allie: where should we go?

Bailey: everywhere. But we have to act like ninjas...

Shawn: agreed.

   We all got up and left the room. Since Bailey and Shawn insisted we act like ninjas we snuck around the building. We walked to the front of the stadium to see  two girls waiting outside.

Allie: should we go out there?

Bailey: we can't talk, but sure.

Annie: yepp.

Shawn: nothing better to do.

    We went around the gate and walked up behind the room. One of the girls noticed us and started screaming. I held a finger up to my lips and she stopped. They all rushed around us and squished us. I started to get dizzy and Bailey held me up.

   "Why aren't you talking?" The oldest one asked. I wrote it on my notes and showed it to her. "Oh. Well I'm Jaci and this is my best friend Julianne. We love all of you guys so much!" She said. We smiled and took a few pictures before following each of them on Twitter.

   I saw security coming and gave them a final hug. "You guys are supposed to be in your dressing room." He said before taking us back to the dressing room.

   After a couple hours Leo got here with Charlie. We were finally allowed to talk so we talked. An hour passed and Bailey and Shawn performed. When they were done I gave Bailey and Leo a hug and went on stage.

   We went through our usual routine, but this time I did something different at the end. "Alright everyone, we have a special guest tonight. I'm sure you've heard of Bars and Melody. If not then you will tonight. Leo, will you guys come up here."

    The boys came on stage and everyone screamed. "They'll be performing their song 'Hopeful' if you guys can encourage them. They're pretty nervous so we need you guys to get as loud as you can for them to sing. Maggie, start us off." I said.

   Maggie started banging on her drum set and waited for the crowd to get loud. "YOU HAVE TO BE LOUDER THAN THAT!!!!" I yelled. It got louder and Leo and Charlie started their song.

   When they finished we all walked back on stage and said our thank yous. We went to our dressing rooms and Leo shouted, "Why didn't you tell me we were going to go that?!" I laughed, "I wanted to surprise you!"

   "You're gonna regret it!" He said back. I stuck my tongue out at him and he tackled me onto the couch. He tickled my sides and sat on top of me so I couldn't move. "Ok.. I'm... I'm sorry!" I laughed. He stopped and stuck his tongue out before getting up.
