Allie's POV

Yay. First day of school. Kill me already.

I rolled out of bed and took a shower. When I was out of the shower I got dressed in a striped t-shirt, red and black button up, green army jacket, black boots, and black skinny jeans. I applied makeup and put on a watch and necklace.

Once I was done getting ready I grabbed my backpack and went downstairs. Mum was making pancakes so I sat down at the counter. "Good morning Allie. Are you ready to be a junior?" Mum said and handed me a plate. "Bleh. As ready as I'll ever be." I said and ate. Someone knocked on the door and I ran to answer it.

Charlie and Leo walked in and we all sat at the counter. "Hi boys. Would you like some pancakes?" Mum asked them. "No thank you. We ate at my house." Leo said. She nodded and I washed my plate off. I gave her a kiss on the cheek and said, "Bye Mum. See you after school." She said bye and we all left the house.

"So are you and Annie still going out?" I asked Leo. He shook his head and said, "No. We decided to break up since we're going to be around other people." I frowned and said, "Oh. Well that's a good decision." He nodded and stuffed his hands in his pockets. "What about you guys?" Leo asked us. "More than friends but less than dating." I said. Charlie nodded and frowned a little bit.

We got to the school and went into our form classes. I went and sat next to a girl named Natalie but we called her Nat. She was probably the best girlfriend I'd made since I'd been here. Charlie sat in a group with all of his friends. "Hey Allie. How was your summer?" She asked me. "Great and awful but overall pretty good. How was yours?" I laughed. "It was pretty good. I went to London for a while but that's about it." She said. I nodded and we kept talking until we had to go to our first class.

Algebra, my favourite class! I sat down next to Nat since she was in all of my classes. We watched everyone come in and sit at their desks. "No new hot guys." Nat said and frowned. I laughed and ran a hand through my hair.

Just as she got done saying that the door opened and 2 boys walked in. "How about now?" I said and smirked at Nat. "Excuse me miss. No talking!" The teacher snapped at me causing Nat and I to laugh. "How can I help you boys?" She said and looked at them. "We're in your class." One of them said. "Well go sit down!" She snapped and walked to her desk. "Ugh. Americans." She groaned when she sat down.

They smirked at each other and walked towards me and Nat. One sat in front of me and the other in front of Nat. They smiled at us and turned around. "Alright class. I'm Mrs. Warden. Please take the time to get to know the people around you." She said and stuffed her head in a book.

The two boys turned towards me and Nat and introduced themselves. "Hi. I'm Connor." The one sitting in front of me said. "I'm Allie." I said. "Yeah. I recognized you." He said and smirked. The other one said, "Hey. I'm Matthew." Now Nat said, "Hello. I'm Natalie but you can call me Nat."

Connor: are there any other Americans?

Allie: not that I know of sadly.

Matthew: well damn.

Nat: is there something wrong with us non Americans?

Matthew: nah. We actually love you guys.

Connor: yeah. We just don't know what you're saying half the time.

Allie: finally! Someone gets it!

Nat: I don't know if I should be offended or laugh.

Matthew: just laugh. It's easier.

Connor: it really is.

Nat looked at me and we both bust out laughing. "Girls! Settle down!" Mrs. Warden snapped at us. We tried to stop laughing but couldn't. Eventually Matthew and Connor started laughing too and then the whole class was laughing. "EVERYONE SHUT UP OR YOURE ALL STAYING AFTER SCHOOL!" Mrs. Warden screamed.
