Life turned out great. All of the kids grew up to be professional musicians. Noah and Daniel are both engaged and are getting married soon. Dakota and Hayden are both going through their teen romances.
As for Charlie and I, we've gotten pretty old, but it couldn't have been better. We live together, happily. Life had worked perfectly, and I couldn't be happier.
