10 years.... For all of those 10 years, it was spent the greatest having the one they love right by their side. From freshman to senior students. To university students and to a full on professional medical nurse.

Taehyung and Jungkook are living the life of a "perfect couple".

Some might ask how they manage to be together for all those years. The answer is faith, trust and love for each other.

"We don't really have any secret for keeping our relationship strong." Jungkook said, chatting with his old colleagues.

He told Taehyung that they were meeting their old peers back from senior high school years and to say the least, Taehyung was extremely excited. They were meeting at a bar owned by one of them so it's really a private event for them.

"Man, I support you and all but there's so many girls out there who legit wants you! Why haven't you checked them out?" Jungkook can only roll his eyes by that statement.

"Him again? Why tf does he always stick his ass into other people's business?" Jungkook thought and cover it with a fake smile.

"What can I do? I love him and that's it." He shrugged as he gets up from his seat. He can hear everyone murmuring on the table as he turn back around to them.

"Also, why do I need to check out some random rocks when I already have a diamond in my hand" he whispered and walk out from them.

Taehyung felt giddy when Jungkook told him that. He knows how much the other loves him and that's the reason why he's not afraid of loving him with his whole heart because that's what's Jungkook had been doing since the very start.

It's all warmth and smiles until one day.......

"911 emergency! A car and truck collision by 182 Brighton intersection! Police and the ambulance are by the scene. Prepare for the emergencies!" Everyone was alarmed by the intercom. Taehyung quickly prepared all his stuff as he's the only doctor that is currently available to be in the ER.

They heard doors opening from the outside as a stretcher comes in.

"Kim Jae Myon, the trailer truck driver, minor injuries by his head and shoulders. No infection and severe internal pain." One of the nurse from the ambulance stated out.

"Seo Hyeon! take care of the patient, I was told that the one in the car was severely injured and is in need of a emergency surgery." Taehyung said, Seo Hyeon and the other three nurses immediately went to the patient.

"We need to get him to the surgery room quickly! Severe internal damage on his stomach, definitely effecting his liver and intestines. Head and leg injuries, needs to be treated right away." They heard from the other side and as the stretcher with the said person lying down, Taehyung felt his world come crashing down on him.

"Jeon Jungkook, white Mercedes car driver, as stated, needs surgery ASAP!"

Blood all over his head and face. Taehyung can't seem to wrapped everything on his head. All he can hear is his heart beating fast and breath hitching.
