Janus smirked at the dare provided. Usually, when the sides are in their teenspaces, he allows them space and time to themselves.

But they're still his boys, what's a little bit of cooing over going to do? Fluster them? Oh, how awful.

"Thank you Official_TadashiYams ~"

---

"Oh, Virgil~"

Virgil glanced up from his phone briefly, currently in the middle of a game of candy crush before advertising his gaze, barely focusing on his caregiver.

"What?"

Janus hummed and stepped forward, swiping his phone from his hands, earning an annoyed "Hey!"

"We're spending the day together," He announces simply, easily cupping his arms down and under the man, lifting him bridal style, watching in amusement as his face flushes and he squirms in his arms.

"Janus!"

"Ah, ah, ah that's Papa to you," He teases, carrying him towards Logan's room, ignoring his fierce glare. He gave a gentle knock to his door, waiting patiently for a moment before Logan opened his door, seemingly just as annoyed as Virgil for being interrupted. Peering over his shoulder curiously, Janus wasn't surprised to find him playing Minecraft.

"May I help you?"

"Actually, yes you may," Janus muses while Virgil wiggles further.

"Logan run!"

Logan yipped as he was lifted as well and the two men wiggled in Janus' surprisingly strong grip.

"Hey!"

"What? You offered," Janus innocently retorts. "Besides, you two could use a break from your electronics. You've been on them all day. What's a movie going to hurt?"

"A television is electronic too!" Virgil protests.

Janus pauses and thinks for a moment before shrugging. "Yes, well, you two should be satisfied then."

"I want to play Minecraft," Logan grumbles to himself while Virgil huffs and allows himself to fall limp in Janus' hold, seeing no way out of this.

The two were brought to Janus' room and plopped down on the bed carelessly.

"Any movie requests?"

The mentally aged teenagers glanced at each other and then back at Janus.

"Star Wars."

Janus felt his eye twitch and mild irritation. Of course. It just had to be Star Wars. Don't misunderstand, Janus used to enjoy the Star Wars franchise, but after the fifteen million times he has had to rewatch it thanks to these heathens, he has come to see it as more of an annoyance. However, he did drag them in his room, he might as well comply and put their choice of movie on.

Judging by their smug grins, Janus knows they can see his displeasure too, but Janus follows through and puts the movie on.

"How about a few snacks as well?" Janus suggests. What's a movie without snacks after all?

"Gimme Cheetohs and Pepsi," Virgil demands.

Janus stares at him for a moment.

"Coke."

Virgil stares back with a smirk.

"Pepsi."

"I will take a Dr. Pepper, it's superior to both Coke and Pepsi, along with trail mix." Logan cuts in with a nod, and Janus huffs.

"I'm raising monsters."

"You do realize we aren't actually children correct?" Logan asks almost slowly, raising an eyebrow.

Virgil snorted while Janus sighed. "Yes dear, I know. Thank you for reminding me," He says before a sly grin fell on his lips. "You're such a smart boy," He praises.

Logan flushes ever so slightly and glances away. It was too late though, as Janus already caught sight of his adorable pink cheeks.

It took a few moments for Janus to return, but when he did he was quick to sit and pull his teenagers close, knowing that at such a mental age, it embarrassed them to no end, especially as he made a show of opening their cans and bags for them.

"We can do it," Virgil grumbles, heat evident in his cheeks, to which Janus playfully squeezed at.

"Oh, I know. You're my big boys aren't you?"

"Janus—"

"Ah, ah, ah it's papa—"

"That's it, I'm calling you Mom."

Janus snickered. "I suppose I can handle such title."

"Janus?" Logan huffs, catching the caregiver's attention. "Why are you doing all this all of a sudden?"

Janus hummed softly. Sure, it had begun with the dare, but in truth, he really did want to spend time with his oldest. Usually, when they're this old they lock themselves in their rooms, which Janus respects, but Janus enjoys spending time with each version of the others. Including their angsty, emotional teenage sides.

"I wanted to spend time with you both is all. While yes, I understand being in teenspace typically leaves you wanting to isolate yourselves, I enjoy this quality time spent with you both, whether you're teeny tiny babies," He cooes teasingly, nearly snickering at their blushes. "Or demonic Pepsi drinkers."

"Pepsi is better."

"If I had to choose it would be Pepsi as well," Logan adds, enjoying Janus' little huff.

"Traitor."

"I never claimed to be on your side, therefore, I am innocent."

"We'll see what the tickle monster says about that!"

Virgil bolted for the door, Logan unfortunately was unable to de-tangle himself from Janus' hold and fell victim to his merciless tickles.

He will be missed.
