                                 Sometimes I wish
                            Life was written in Pencil
So we could erase it and write it all over again.

"We need to talk", her angelic voice echoed around my office causing my heart beat to escalate.

"Have a seat", I said whilst directing her with my arm, to the seat in front of my desk. So many negative thoughts we roaming my brain, 'what if she actually hates me'. I knew that she would hate me but a part of me still had hope that she didn't. It's been a month now and it's possible for some people to loose emotions within a moth or less. We weren't even a couple, so I wouldn't be surprised if she did loose feelings.

"What would you want to talk about?" I asked in hesitation and fear that my thoughts could be right.

"Why?" she softly asked.

"Why, what?" I asked in confusion.

"Why did you play with my emotions, you fucked around with my mind Kane, why?" her voice started to grow louder.

"Imani listen its not what you think".

"Then what is it Kane, your a married man now how does that feel", she said, making sure her sarcasm didn't go unnoticed.

"I'm not married Imani, please listen to me", I tried to get a word through, but her stubbornness kept taking over.

"Oh really, did you play with her emotions as well", I was getting annoyed by her stubbornness so I raised my voice.

"IMANI WOULD YOU JUST FUCKING LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE!!".

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE TO SAY, YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED. PLEASE MR. KIM TELL ME WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE TO FUCKING SAY".

"I LOVE YOU OK!!" I said, as she looked at me with a confused expression. I sighed and leaned back on my leather office chair.

"Y-you w-what?" she stuttered.

"I fucking love you Imani, it's always been you. You never gave me the chance to explain how I felt or what was going on, and when you left, that shit fucking broke me", I said to her, not breaking eye contact.

"I-I don't understand".

"Imani listen, the whole marriage thing was my fathers idea not mine, he wanted me to stay away from you because he felt like you weren't good enough for me. He was the one who kidnapped you, he said he didn't want me to be distracted by you and I should marry the Xian daughter", as I said, her eyes became teary.

"Imani, I would rather die than love someone other than you especially a Xian".

"W-what about your father?" she asked and I got up from my seat to go wipe her falling tears.

"Don't worry about him love". She stood up and wrapped her arms around my waist and cried in my chest, I hugged her back and kissed her head.

"I love you Imani", I whispered.

"I-I love you too Kane", she said in between her sobs. I lifted her chin with my fingers making her face me and I gave her a passionate kiss, but Jay walked in right before I could even deepen the kiss, fucking Jay.

"KANE WE HAVE A PROBLEM!" I groaned and looked at Jay.

"Ohh sup Abbas", he said to Imani.

"Hi Jay". She replied.

"I'll be back, don't go anywhere", I said as I walked out of the office with Jay.
