CHAP 4

The next day Jisoo woke up an hour earlier to prepare for school. She prepared a rose vanilla scented bath to enhance her natural rose like scent and stayed in the bath for a whole thirty minutes straight, when she was done, she wore her uniform and checked her phone for messages, to which she received some from her grandfather and the group chat.

"Good morning Ji, me and Seulgi will be there by 7:30AM to pick you up."

Jisoo prepared chocolate chips pancake and caramel macchiato for her breakfast, after eating she washed the dishes and checked her watch, it was already 6:53AM, she had 37 minutes left to prepare so she went and grabbed her school bag. Seeing that her school bag was almost full, she was disappointed since she can't place in $10,000 worth of Korean Won so instead she placed $1,000 worth of Korean Won in the secret compartment of her bag together with her cheque book and wallet.

By 7:15AM Jisoo headed down the lobby to wait for Seulgi and Wendy, who arrived 5 minutes later. The trio then proceeded outside the building and grabbed their respective bikes from the bike rack located by the side of the building.

Wendy lead the group to their school and when they arrived, they caught the attention of the students who also just arrived, some were giving them curious glances(due to seeing someone new), while most were looking down upon them and the trio just ignore them and proceeded to an empty bike rack. Together, they parked their bikes side by side.

"Why is the bike rack empty, are there no other students who rides their bikes to school?" Jisoo asked.

"In Horizon High, the mid and top ranked go to school chauffeured while the bottom ranked either walk, commute or ride a bike to school. This was the main reason why we were placed at the bottom ranked. It was because on our first day of school we rode our bikes to school. Oh, I almost forgot to mention... We're the only ones who ride bikes to school." Seulgi said. "Then does that mean we're the only ones at the ranked at the bottom?" Jisoo asked. "Nope, our class consists of scholarship students, they prefer commuting to school ." Seulgi said as she smiled charmingly to Jisoo as if it was nothing.

"Let's go, we still have to bring you to the headmistress' office. She'll give you a briefing about the school just like when Seulgi and I transferred." Wendy said as she grabbed both Jisoo and Seulgi into the building.

The trio headed to the fourth floor with Wendy leading the two. When they arrived at the principal's office, Wendy knocked on the door. "Excuse me, Ms. Jung I have here the transfer student with me." "Come in."

Wendy opened the door and entered while Seulgi and Jisoo followed behind her.

"Hello Ms. Son, Ms. Kang and you must be Ms. Kim, welcome to Horizon High, my name is Jessica Jung, the headmistress of this school. I won't keep you for long, take this handbook and read it during your spare time. You are enrolled at the same class as Miss Son and Miss Kang. Please do help her adjust girls. That is all, have a good day." Ms. Jung said as she handed a small handbook to Jisoo. The trio then left Ms. Jung's office at the same time the bell rang signaling for classes to start.

Seulgi lead the trio to their classroom which was a located in the 2nd floor by the end of the hallway, which took them 30 minutes to get there because Wendy and Seulgi had a lot to say to Jisoo.
