Being Tiny || A Venti x Lumine Fanfiction

"I- everything looks so big... are you sure this is what you meant by a little bit smaller?" she asked with confusion. 

"Well it is alchemy, you don't always get what you expect...heh..." Sucrose said as her ears folded. 

"h- huh? Sucrose what if it lasts forever?" Sucrose tried not to laugh while imagining Lumine staying small forever. 

"I... don't really know, but I didn't add too many things in it so it shouldn't be too long" Sucrose explained as simply as she could, because not all people understand the complex universe of alchemy. 

"Although... it would be kind of funny..." Sucrose thought.

 "But, we shouldn't worry!...it might not be as bad. I can still use my elemental magic, so it will barely feel different!" 

Lumine sounded more sure of herself "I- I haven't even thought about that... what if something in the ingredients disables or weakens her elemental magic?" Sucrose thought. 

Both of them didn't realize that the sun was starting to set. "A- Ah! Lumine! Paimon thinks we should go now! It's getting late and Paimon wants food!" Paimon said. She had been watching them the entire time and grew tired and bored. 

"Okay Paimon, let's go get something to eat" "A- Are you sure? What if you get hurt?" Sucrose wasn't sure if she was safe without supervision. Plus, she wasn't sure if her elemental magic would work. 

"Don't worry about me, Sucrose! It's just around Mondstat, I'll be fine!" Lumine said. And with that, Paimon and Lumine headed for Good Hunter to get food.
