I was officially ready. I y/n y/l/n was going on a date which I believed would be where I would be proposed too. Fred Weasley was a great boyfriend and was sending so many hints. I knew he was the one, but I was still nervous. What if I'm overthinking and it's just a normal date. No, no y/n be positive! He will ask you to marry him! He will! Hopefully...

TIME SKIP

I had arrived at the restaurant seeing my boyfriend looking as handsome as usual. He looked at me as if I were an angel. He walked up to me and said
"Wow y/n you look amazing, not that you don't every day you just look great today. Well, I'm not saying that-
"Freddie honey your rambling again."
"Sorry, you just drive me crazy."
I chuckled and he led me to my seat.
It was silent except for the others in the restaurant, we ordered our drinks. I ordered a glass of Fire Whiskey and he ordered water. A little put of the ordinary for Fred Gideon Weasley. He was fidgeting, not out of the ordinary. But this was extreme bouncing his leg constantly, chewing his nails, checking the time. Something was up.
"Freddie, what's wrong?"
"Me? Oh, nothing's wrong. Why do you ask darling?"
"You can't lie to me. What's up."
"Just nervous I guess."
"Well, why?"
"Ok, I was saving this for later in the evening, but because I can't think straight I'm going to do it now."
My heart was pounding rapidly, ok Y/n this is it...
"Y/n you make me feel like I'm a good person, you feel like home to me. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. So y/n will you do me the honors. Will you...Will you marry me??"
I looked at him shocked. This man, the love of my life. Had just proposed to me. I got up, he got up. He took a box out of his pocket and kneeled. I looked at him, tears forming in my eyes.
"YES, YES I WILL MARRY YOU!" I screamed
He got to his feet and I jumped into his chest, wrapping my arms around his neck. His around my waist. I looked at him and he saw I was crying.
"Darling did I do something wrong?" he frowned
"No, I'm just so excited to be marrying the love of my life."
I kissed him, and he smiled into the kiss deepening it as well.
TIME SKIP
Freddie and I had decided to have our wedding on October 30th, the day before Halloween. Both of our favorite holidays. The wedding was tomorrow as today was the 29th. Everything was in order, the guests were in the hotel, I had everything perfect.
ANOTHER TIME SKIP
I awoke to the warmth of my fiance, and soon-to-be husband. He looked at me with love and said
"Todays the day."
"What's today?" I asked forgetting completely about the wedding.
"Why darling it's the day we get married!" he shouted
I shushed him and he nodded his head.
"We don't want to wake the guests. You go get ready, we only have six hours before the ceremony starts."
"Hey, six is a lot."
"Maybe for you, all you have to do is take a shower, comb your hair and get your suit on. I have to take a shower, dry my hair, do my neutral makeup, do the wedding make-up I chose for my eyeshadow, get ten people to help me put my dress on-."
"Ok ok, I get it!." he sighed
He kissed me on the cheek and left the room. Time to get ready, I took my shower but as I was washing my hair, I thought popped up into my mind. What if he doesn't show up? No no y/n that's silly Fred loves you. Right? Right. I started drying my hair after the show, I was so excited to finally be marrying my love. A few hours go by and I'm at the spot we're getting married. I was waiting for Fred but there was no sign of him.
"I swear if this was one of his stupid pranks I will be so mad," I said to my bridesmaid. There was a loud bang and a bright flash of light. I looked over to all my bridesmaids they're beautiful, and orange dresses slashed and letters on each dress.
M-U-D-B-L-O-O-D.
Shit. They were here, we hadn't prepared for this. Another attack, there hadn't been an attack for what at least a week. That was a long time for Voldemort followers, I slapped my thigh trying to feel my wand when it hit me. Fuck. I left my wand in the suite. I ran past the guests, who were already in shock and fear. As a ran, I tripped over my stupid dress.
"URGH" I groaned getting back up.
The suite was close by, I searched in drawers and cabinets frantically, desperately looking for my wand. When I finally found it I dashed back to the chapel, heart pounding, I felt as if I was flying I was running so fast. As I reached the doors of the chapel, I opened them to find everyone inside, dead. I then saw Fred, my Freddie. Lying on the ground, not breathing. I rushed over to him.
"FREDDIE!" I screamed
I fell to my knees, screaming, balling my eyes out. My lungs, hurt my head hurt. Seeing the man of my dreams like this was horrible. He fluttered his eyes open taking a small breath and letting it out.
"Freddie, Freddie I'm here I'm here. What do you need? I'm here talk to me please."
"I love you, forever."
"And for always." I whispered to him.
He closed his eyes again taking his last breathe.
"Freddie don't close your eyes, please keep them open for a little longer please please. I cant lose you please. You promised me."

This has been my 100k chapter special! This took me about 3/4 weeks to work on and finish. I really hope you guys enjoyed this and I tried to make it as special and long as possible. There will not be a part two to this unless it is massively requested, but I don't expect that and if I did it would be every sadder than this so keep that in mind! Like, comment, and follow!
