Chapter 25

You had the afternoon and next morning off, so you decided to get dressed and head to the club. If there was anything you could do to dull your senses and ignore your quirk, it would be getting drunk in a room full of people you weren't attracted to.

You never could get away with proper heels, so you were in heeled trainers, but you did manage to get a tight dress that hugged your body perfectly. You might not be trying to get with anyone, but you enjoyed feeling good about yourself. Your makeup was dark, dramatic and bold which was bound to turn heads.

You slipped on a studded leather jacket for your keys, money, phone and ID and headed to the club. Avalon was staying at Todoroki's tonight but Krystal was meeting you there, she needed a drink after recent events.

You got a taxi down to the club and Krystal was waiting outside. She had a smile on her face, she was also wearing an outfit that perfectly hugged her body.

"Been waiting long?"
You asked as you walked up to her.

"Not too long."
She smiled.

"Good, and boy do I need a drink."

You both started off with multiple shots before sitting down in a booth so you could talk. You'd noticed that Krystal seemed happier than usual and even kept checking her phone.

"So what's going on with you?"
You asked while sipping your drink.

"I got to talk to Midoriya."
She smiled.
"He was the one who saved me from the attack."

"Yeah, I heard about that. You doing okay?"

"Oh I'm doing fine! He was actually close behind me because he wanted to talk."
She started blushing.
"It turns out he and Uraraka split, same reason Bakugo said they would all those years ago."

"So, the little nerd finally grew a pair of balls and broke up with her huh?"

Krystal giggled a little.
"Yeah, and now we've started talking regularly."

"Thats great!"
You smiled.
"I recently had a uh... experience with Bakugo."

"Oh do tell."
She was listening intently while sipping her drink.

"Avalon got me signed up for a lingerie shoot. Turns out Bakugo was my partner."

"No way!!"

"Yep, it was supposed to be Deku but apparently it changed last minute."

"Wait that shoot? I think he told me about that."

"He did?"

"Yeah, apparently he was very angrily and repeatedly told to switch out because of who his partner was supposed to be. I should have guessed it was Bakugo who did it, but I didn't peg him for the photo shoot type. Especially lingerie."

"From what I know, he usually isn't. But he did say he didn't want Deku to have his hands on me."

"That sounds like a very Bakugo thing to say."

"Very much so, but it's more about what happened during the shoot. He touched me way more than I expected and by the end it looked like he was going to kiss me."
You tuck a big gulp of your drink.
"I could smell him almost the entire time."

"Oh that's right, its nearly your time of the year isn't it?"
She sipped her drink.

"Almost."
You downed the rest of your drink.
"It gets harder each year."

"That's because you fight it each year."

"Yeah well point me to someone who takes my interest and I won't fight it."

"I can think of someone."
She smirked and nodded her head to the side.

You looked and she'd nodded towards Bakugo. He was here and at the bar, it seems as though he turned up with Denki, Kirishima and Deku. You looked back at Krystal, she couldn't seem to keep her eyes off Deku.

"Why don't you go say hi to him?"
You smirked at her.

"I... no..."
She blushed.
"I don't want to ruin his boys night."

You rolled your eyes.
"Well, I'm going over because I need another drink. Feel free to join!"
You grinned before quickly getting up.

"W-wait Y/N!"

You ignored her, making your way over to the boys. Maybe it was the Dutch courage or maybe it was your quirk. Maybe it was both, but you wanted to grab Bakugo's attention.

As you got closer you could smell his sweet, caramel-like scent. Even through the sea of sweat and alcohol. His scent was always intoxicating for you, especially now.

"What brings you boys here?"
You smiled, Krystal close behind you.

You ordered a drink as the boys turned to look at you both. Bakugo was being silent as his eyes trailed your body.

"Y/N!"
Denki grinned.
"Feels like it's ages since we've seen you."

"That's because it has been ages sparky boy. Still messing around with multiple women?"
You cheekily grinned at him.

"Funny! Still avoiding every member of the male species?"
He grinned back.

"Ouch, good one!"
You laughed.

You and Denki clinked glasses and continued laughing while Deku had turned his attention to Krystal. Bakugo and Kirishima were having a conversation, but Bakugo's eyes kept looking at you. And you noticed.

"I'm surprised you're here Kiri, thought you'd be spending time with Akari."
You smiled at him.

"I'm not staying out long."
He smiled.
"But she insisted I take some time for myself and friends."

"And I'm surprised you can be in the same room as Deku for longer than five minutes. I thought you hated bars and clubs?"
You grinned up at Bakugo.

He knocked back a few shots before smirking down at you.
"I like to be unpredictable sometimes."

"I'll leave you two love birds to catch up."
Kiri grinned, grabbing his drink and walking off.

You barely even registered what he said, you just kept looking up at Bakugo. Denki had followed Kirishima while Deku and Krystal had disappeared.

"So, a lingerie shoot. Didn't seem like your type of work."
You sipped your drink.

"I was not going to let that damn nerd get his hands all over you."

"Bakugo, we stopped sleeping together a long time ago."
You sighed.
"Why are you so possessive all of a sudden?"

"Stopping was a mistake."
