Chapter 14

The next few days seemed to drag for you. You couldn't help but still be angry at Uraraka for the state she put Akari in. Uraraka must have known you were angry, because she was avoiding you.

But that might also be because she told you that you seemed a lot happier, so you told her that if she even remotely insinuated that you were glowing that you'd punch her so hard in the face that her teeth would fall out of her ass.

When you told Bakugo that, the drink he was drinking came out of his nose in laughter.

Your lessons for the day had just ended so you, Bakugo, Akari, Kirishima, Krystal and Mina were just relaxing in the grass under the sunshine while you had the chance.

Kirishima was sat against a tree and Akari was sat between his legs. His arms were wrapped around her and her head was resting against his chest.

"You look better today Akari. Are you feeling better?"
Mina asked with a smile.

Akari nodded.
"Yeah, I'm not panicking anymore."
She looked up at Kiri with a smile.
"Eijiro made sure of that."
Kiri placed a gentle kiss on her head.

"I'm glad!"
There was a happy grin on Mina's face.

Krystal and Mina were sat in the grass, leaning back on their arms. Bakguo was also resting his back against the tree with one leg out straight while the other was bent.

"What about you Mina?"
Akari asked with a smile.

"Oh I'm doing great!"
She grinned.
"Sero actually asked me out on a date yesterday."

"I'm so happy for you!"
Akari smiled back.

Your head was in Krystal's lap and you decided to put your feet up onto Bakugo's lap, shooting him a cheeky grin. You just wanted to see how he'd react to being touched in front of everyone.

"I'm not your personal foot rest you dumbass!"
Bakugo barked and it made you laugh.

"You're right!"
You shifted positions.
"This is much more comfortable."

You placed your head into Bakugo's lap, on the leg that was laid out straight. The top of your head was resting against his leg that was bent and you looked up at him with a cheeky, fanged grin.

"Idiot."
Bakugo grumbled but he didn't move.

Bakugo's body language had relaxed, making you smile to yourself. He was in such a position that allowed him to slip his hand under his knee without being noticed, allowing him to put his hand into your hair.

He started to stroke the back of your head and you had to stop yourself from completely relaxing against his body. You were so focused on Bakugo's hand, you almost zoned out until Akari spoke up.

"Hey Krystal, you okay? You look a bit down."
She sounded slightly concerned.

It was like her words had pulled Krystal out of a daze.
"Huh? Y-yeah I'm fine."
She fake-smiled.

"Liar."
You said simply.
"We all know it's because you have a crush on Deku."

"Wh-what?!"
Krystal almost squeaked as her face went red.

"I mean, it is hard to miss."
Mina smiled a little.

Krystal half-smiled.
"It doesn't matter anyway. He's with Uraraka, they've had puppy eyes for each other since first year."

Bakugo snorted.
"Like that's going to last."
Everyone just looked at him.
"What?!"
He nearly shouted.

"I don't know Bakugo, they do seem happy together."
Kirishima added.

"Yeah well you didn't see his face a few days ago."
Bakugo sighed.
"The damn nerd grimaced and sighed at round face's thoughts on kids."

"He did?"
Krystal asked.

"Same day shitty hair sprinted to Akari."
Bakugo huffed and relaxed against the tree.

"Yeah, but his face lights up when he spends time with Eri."
Krystal sighed.

"Just because someone is good with kids or enjoys spending some time with someone's kids doesn't mean they actually want them."
You said simply.
"Personally, I despise being around the little goblins."
Your words made Bakugo snort.

"Y/N thats a little mean."
Akari tried not to giggle.

"So?"
You responded simply and Bakugo was trying not to laugh.
"I am mean, it's part of my charm."
You shot Akari a cheeky grin.

"She's not exactly wrong."
Bakugo mumbled.

"Since when do you take Y/N's side?"
Kirishima asked.

"Huh?"
Bakugo nearly shouted.
"I'm not taking her side dumbass!"
He nearly pulled your hair by accident.
"I don't like kids and she's a bitch, simple."

"Bitch?"
You looked up at Bakugo.

He smirked down at you, snidely pulling your hair.
"Yes, Bitch."

"Dickhead."
You laughed.
