Stoneheart: Origins (Part 2)

The news showed the news reporter, as the video shows a frozen Stoneheart behind some gates. "The stone beings are scattered all over Paris.", the news reporter explained, seriously.

"And for the time being, they are showing no signs of movement. Police have cordoned off the area.", the news reporter continued, as every image is shown of the stone beings still frozen and were surrounded by barricades. "We won't stop until we find a way to get these people back to their normal selves!", Andre said.

"But for now, we're not making much anyway.", Andre continued, sadly. "Paris is relying on our new guardian angels...", the news reporter said, as they showed the image of the heroes.

Ladybug was on the left, Cat Noir was on the right, and Licorne was in the middle. "Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Licorne to save us all. Our lives depend on them.", the news reporter continued.

In the living room kitchen, Marinette was watching the news sadly. Her father, Tom, noticed this and came up to her.

"Listen...", Tom started. "I know how upsetting and scary this is. But don't worry, Sweetheart! We've got three superheroes looking out for Paris, and the best way of helping them is to show them that we're not scared. Because we trust them.", Tom continued.

"But, what if Ladybug fails?", Marinette asked, sadly. "Then...", Tom started off.

"I'd come and save you! Super Baker to the rescue!", Tom continued. This caused Marinette to giggle at him, as she hugged him.

"Thanks, Super Dad.", Marinette said, as she kissed her father on the cheek, before she ran upstairs to her room to get her things. Marinette grabs her pink purse with a fancy M and pink flowers on them.

As she were about to leave, Marinette stops near the little sink. Marinette looks at the cabinet where she put the miraculous.

She opens it and grabs the box that contains the miraculous and stares at it before putting the miraculous in her small purse. In the Royal Hotel, Coraline was already ready for the next day of school. 

She was about to leave when she saw the news about the frozen stone beings, causing her to frown in sadness. "Coral!", Chloe yelled out from outside the room catching her attention. 

"Are you ready or not!?", Chloe continued. "I'm coming!", Coraline yelled out, as she left her room.

At the Agreste mansion, Nathalie was waiting for Adrien to start homeschooling him. She looks at the clock to see some time have passed.

"Hmm...", Nathalie hummed. "What's he doing?", Nathalie continued.

She decided to go to his room to see what he was doing. "Adrien?", Nathalie called out.

But, she soon realized that he wasn't in his room. "You didn't see him leave!?", Gabriel asked, who is standing on top of the steps and sounding furious, while Nathalie and the bodyguard are standing below him. 

"If anything has happened to my son, you'll be held responsible!", Gabriel continued. Outside of Paris, Adrien was running off to school, until Plagg came out and flies in front of him, while he was running. 

"You're such a strange kid.", Plagg said. "Who would want to be at school when you could stay at home all day?", Plagg continued. 

"You don't get it, Plagg.", Adrien said. "I've had enough of being shut up at home by my dad! I want to meet people and make friends! Go to a normal school like everyone else!", Adrien continued.
