Draco wonders what she's doing now. Whether she's sleeping peacefully or staring up at her ceiling, thinking about him like he told her to. Draco hasn't even closed his eyes to attempt to sleep. The thought of her keeps him wide awake. He secretly knew that she has had a crush on him for some time, but that kiss— that was something beyond belief.

His hand has been in his sweatpants for ten minutes now, just resting on his boxers, on his crotch, squeezing a bit tighter when his thoughts of her become darker. He is staring up at his ceiling.

He keeps thinking of the sounds she made when he kissed her. Blair must've been taken aback by it. It was definitely not what she expected her first kiss to be like. She might've expected gentleness or sweetness, but that's not really his thing most of the time. Draco hardly knows how to be gentle.

Why can't she already realize that he's the best thing for her? Not Atlas— not Asher, not anymore. Draco's certain that he's all she needs, he'll make sure of that. Whatever it is that she needs— love, care, pleasure, support, protection— he can provide it for her. Draco will move whole mountains for her if that's what she needs.

He can hurt anyone that bothers her— who else can say such a thing? Atlas wouldn't, he's just a boy after all. He can't make others scream out in pain after they've merely looked at Blair the wrong way. But Draco can. He can do it all. And he'll become someone's worst nightmare if necessary. And Draco thinks it won't take long before he becomes a
nightmare to everyone.

After his first kill— besides thinking of Blair, it's all he can wonder about. Murderering again and again. At first he believed it to only be necessary if someone bothers Blair, but what if that's not true? What if, to simply become stronger for her, he doesn't just limit himself to only killing 'bad' people?

He sees himself as her protector, but doesn't realize that she should be protected from him, too.

But how can he tell her all of this without having her run away from him? She seems already frightened by the intensity of his interest in her. Blair has no clue how he truly feels about her. She doesn't know that the man she feels so safe with is a murderer.

He'll slaughter anyone who even touches her.

And he adores the fact that he'll be so close to her all year. She won't be able to avoid him. Draco can be there for her every time she needs him, or even when she doesn't. Sharing kisses in secret spots during free periods, or meeting up in his room in the late hours of the evening—

Fuck.

Draco squeezes himself, his cock throbbing in his hand. He can't stop thinking and imagining all these things that he wants to happen, and he knows he will make it happen. He will have what he wants, which is her. All of her.

Christ—this isn't going to work. He's never going to sleep like this.

He takes his hand out of his sweats, ignoring the throbbing of his erection that begs for attention. Draco steps out of bed and leaves the guest room, pacing silenty through the hall until he arrives at her door. He doesn't knock or anything, he just opens the door and locks it behind him with a spell.

Why would he need permission to enter? Of course she wants him there.

Blair's sleeping on her side. Draco adores the sight of her relaxed face. He already knows what she looks like when she's asleep, of course, but he will never get enough of it anyway.
