Chapter 1 The Invitation

This is the first chapter.

* Lucy's POV *

Its early in the morning and the sun was shining bright .
I fling myself out of the bed and walk to words the kitchen.
But just bevor I can enter, I hear some voices.
" that pink haired idiot " I say under my breath.
I walk in and eminently have to dodge a flying pot.
" what the hell ?!? " I yell confused.
" sorry Luce " a sentient pink haired mage says.
" were making pancakes ! " Happy says while flying in circles over my head.
" hey Natsu ? " I ask shyly.
" yea ? "
" I appreciate this but....." I mutter.
I stop for a moment.
" I have a question "
" what is it Luce ? " he asks now concerned.
I look him strait in his eyes.
I walk out of the kitchen and they both follow me.
I turn around when I reach the window so I now look out of it.
the guys jump in front of me and look concerned.
" what is it ? " thy flying fur ball asks.
" well it's just ... nah never mind " I say.
Natsu grabs my shoulders and looks me seriously in the eyes.
I feel my face burning, but I try to hide it.
I release myself from his grasp an whisper something.
" what was that ? " he asks.
I look up shy but just before I can say anything, Happy has to fill in my words with a simple :
" she liiiiiiiiiiiiikeeeeeees you ! "
I grab the fur ball by its tail and give him one of my famous 'Lucy kicks ' out of the window.
He lands in the canal that runes along my house.
His backpack sets out and the smiling blue cat floats in the water.
I wave my fist in the air at the cat .
I turn around again where Natsu is standing, he looks kinda shell shocked but he'll be fine.
He shakes his head and looks serious again.
"But what did you want to ask ? "
" oh eh.... why do you always hang at my place ? "
I ask as sweetly and shy as ever possible.
Now it was Natsu that was blushing, but only slightly so I could be mistaking.
" I mean I never see you hanging around at somebody else's house " I whisper.
"well ... eh .. that is b-because ... ehr .... I mean ...." Natsu stutters in return.
His face now has the color of Ezra's hair.
I walk closer up to Natsu, but he keeps blushing and backs down.
With every step I take closer he goes back two.
After about three steps from my side he bumps into the window and falls out of it backwards.
I need to hold in my laugh and my panic .
" are you oke ? " I yell out of the window.
Happy is holding Natsu by the shoulder and was floating in front of the window.
" Fine, Fine, Fine " the dragon slayer says.
I rest my head on my hand and lean a bit out of the window.
" you didn't answer my question " I say teasingly.
His eyes get bigger and he murmurs.
" well, eh, you see, we ehr "
" we got to go ! " Happy says quickly and they fly of.
I can't help but to laugh.

* Natsu's POV *

" what was that about ? "
" nothing important Happy " I answer.
" then why didn't you answer Lucy ? if it wasn't important you could just have answered" the blue cat says in return.
" well it's just that..." I start.
" you looooooooovvveeeeee her ! "
" shut up ! if you weren't carrying me I would have hit you " I yell back.
Happy giggles and keeps flying.
" So where are we going ? " he asks.
" the guild hall ? " I suggest.
He turns around and fly's towards the guild.

* Gray's POV *

I'm sitting at the bar inside the guild when I suddenly hear the door slamming open.

I turn around and I can almost sense the stupidity entering.

" sup, flame brain ? " I ask .
