A young lady with her bags packed, sitting by her window. On the last day, she will be staying in America, her stay has finally ended.

With a few hours left, she departed to London on a ship.

"Have a safe trip, m'lady!"

"I will, I promise to send you letters, Betty!"

"Huh, I didn't expect this place to be big." She looks around the ship. Surprised by how many people were on board, she quickly looks for a safe spot to stay.

"There's so much going people running back to London," she sighs. She takes her handkerchief from her pocket and wipes her hands. She wasn't a people person ever since she was young.

Even in America, Y/N would only have a friend or two when she tried socializing. Nervous around people and wouldn't make eye contact unless it was her close friend, Betty.

Some say that they were like two peas in the same pod.

"You know, Y/N, what is London like?" She turns to her friend.

"London is diverse contrasted with America, Betty. Everybody talks and dresses in a different way." She delicately clarified and her companion intently tuning in.

She looks to her companion, astonished, and quiets down

"Huh? What's wrong Y/N? You alright?" She shakes her head.

"You were gazing at me and not talking.." She answered.

"Oh, I was just listening to your cute voice! I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable!" She stood and repeatedly apologized to her friend.

Her friend now more flustered, waving her hands and telling her friend to stop apologizing.

That was when she first stepped on American soil, but now she's finally returning to London.
