Well you were stuck in a cramped dark closet with no one other than a ironic ass Dave Strider you were both kinda just sitting there but it didn't feel awkward anymore like dave actually fixed it.
Then he moved closer and chuckled a bit and you knew He. Was. Fucking. Smirking. You. Just. Knew. It.
You moved closer to the wall hitting and wasn't able to move any more. Dave comes even closer and put his hands on the wall you face was getting red and you were confused and Dave came close to your ear and asked "do you have a pesterchum" and even tho it was dark you know he was smirking and teasing you.
"Fuck you ask John" you pushed him away but he was kinda strong but let you push him away.
So this is Dave Strider...huh this will be interesting
You sat on the floor in the closet and heard Dave do the same farther back it was a narrow closet but there was some room. You just sighed and sat in the silence but at least it wasn't awkward anymore but you were also kinda mad about Dave i guess you expected him to be different but you didn't really know him and had it coming you thought about texting John later about him.
After about three minutes Nepeta opened the door very excitedly and next to her was a laughing John "awe your just sitting there :3"
"Oh don't worry stuff happened" Dave said with a smirk
"John I'm gonna kill you!" You said with your face red and running towards him and he just ran away laughing.
Through out the rest of the party you just talked to your friends and Dave played some pretty good beats you were kinda surprised but he would just look at you like he was teasing you and you would flip him off or stick out your tong and glare you kinda felt like things were good now and maybe you and dave could be good friends.
'i guess you learn something new every day'
But after awhile people started going home and you decided to, too and took Karkat with you looking at Dave before you left and he looked kinda shocked but you couldn't tell cause he always had a smirk or the constant cool kid face but you just smiled at him teasingly and left with Karkat.
"So did you have fun at all kitkat~?"
"I GUE- WAIT WHAT THE FUCK I TOLD YOU TO STOP CALLING ME THAT I HATE IT"
"exactly" you said laughing
"FINE WHAT EVER (N/N)"
You just laughed and continued to walk to your house, once you got there Karkat went to his hive and you decided to message John on pesterchum
