(5 years later)

Lynn took a deep breath and looked down at her service dog Jack. "Go give them the note Jack," She smiled as she handed him a bag then laid back down on the bed since she wasn't feeling that well. A few minutes later she heard a rampage coming up the stairs and she forced back a smile as everyone came into her room.

"You want to go visit Angel, Darling?" Owen asked as he sat beside her.

"Please?" She asked as she opened her eyes and laid her head in his lap.

"Are you feeling well enough for the car ride?" Sean asked.

"Yes, it's important I see Angel today," She nodded and he nodded.

"Okay Pookie," Sean smiled. "I will get something for motion sickness and then we will go."

"All of us," She whispered as Owen ran his fingers through her hair.

"Yes, Beautiful," Marc smiled as he held her hand. "All of us."
"Always," Luke smiled as Gabe went to get everything ready with Kota's help.

"This needs to go also but please don't open it," She whispered as she enjoyed Owen running his fingers through her hair.

"Got it Doll," Axel said he grabbed it and put it in the van.

On the way there she became lost in her thoughts. The past five years were extremely hard but she was thankful she pushed through with the help of the guys. It took almost two years before she was able to show affection to Marc. The team decided together that Marc wouldn't be the only one to have one or two of them with them on set. Each one that went on set had one or two of them with them. It gave Lynn a sense of peace that they did that and they didn't seem to mind one bit.

Marc endured everything the family put him through without complaining and while she knew it hurt him tremendously to watch her be affectionate with the others he also knew he deserved it. He kept pushing through and it was worth it in the end. He showed her affection through actions, such as bringing her hot chocolate and leaving her snacks while she worked on her crafts or just bringing her little things that reminded him of her, and other things like covering her up with her favorite blanket while she was reading and such.

It was this year that some photographers managed to get pictures of her and leaked them out to the public before they were notified. Thankfully they hadn't managed to get her identity but still the pictures were released. So far the fans hadn't seem to be bothered by it and some even said they were glad to see her with the guys. She just hoped that they remained nice to her.

They arrived at Angel's burial plot and she smiled seeing it.

"Are you sure you are okay Pookie?" Sean asked watching her closely. "Will you please let me take you to the hospital and run some tests after this visit?"

She shook her head, "I know exactly what is wrong with me."

"You do?" everyone asked.

"I do," She nodded. "I will let Angel tell you in just a bit. I want to record this moment." She sat on the picnic blanket right beside Angel and grabbed her bag. She placed a box in front of each of the guys and turned on the camera on her phone. "I just want to go record to say that while I am terrified of this present from Angel, I am taking a huge leap of faith that this is meant to be. Open your presents."

She felt tears slip as she watched them open the box and lift out two shirts. Each word of the fourteen worded message was written in each of the guys favorite color. She watched as they read the message out loud:

We were hand picked from our miracle big older sibling Angel from up above

"Two shirts," Owen said softly.

"Twins?" Sean asked and she nodded.

"You're having twins?" Axel asked and she nodded.

"Fuck yes!" Luke and Gabe shouted and hugged her causing her to drop her phone ending the recording.

"When did you find out?" Kota asked.
"Do you know what you are having yet?" Corey asked.

"Two baby kittens," Raven beamed.

"I'm fucking getting this put on a goddamn quilt for each of us and the babies," Gabe beamed as he passed around the sonogram she pulled out of her bag.

"I went and saw Dr. Roberts a couple of days ago with suspicion. I wanted to surprise all of you if I was right with what I thought. I am ten weeks and the reason I didn't figure it out sooner was because of my irregular periods and fibro and endometriosis it just never crossed my mind but I figured I might as well have the test and rule it out but the thought stayed in my mind so I had a little bit of hope. Anyway Dr. Roberts did the test and said I was ten weeks pregnant and I will have to be closely watched. He was very surprised that I managed to keep them this long but he thinks it's because I have been pretty much bed ridden with my flare up and exhaustion and the vitamins North Star has made sure I've taken. But anyway we are having a twin girls."

"Twin girls," They shouted and took turns giving her kisses and hugs.

She smiled and gently touched Angel's tombstone. She wasn't sure what the future held but she knew she would have her family and she was so glad she took the leap of faith with them.
