Triple Date

(Clark, Bruce, Peter, Lois, MJ and Selina sat around an outside table on a patio at the pizza place laughing)

Clark: "Oh we were such nervous wrecks in high school. Hey remember the time..?"

Peter: "Our teacher went nuts with metal octopus arms?"

Clark: "..no..that..that wasn't where I was going."

Lois: "I'll tell ya where I wasn't going." (Swallows pizza) "...out with hunky Brucie over here."

(MJ squealed as Clark made an O face and Bruce cleared his throat uncomfortably)

Lois: "I was all over him too but then Smallville bumped into me on the football field and the rest is history!"

Selina: "So is your relationship with Kent if you keep talkin."

(Peter laughs but sees Clark's stare and gives him a sympathetic pat)

Bruce: "Fortunately for us all, Lois wasn't my type."

Lois: "Pfft. Like you had a type. Harleen and Pammy followed you around like lost puppies!"

MJ: "Ooh! Hoo hoo!"

Selina: "Hey those are two dear, dear friends of mine."

Lois: "Oh..sorry..."

Selina: "Nah I'm just kidding they totally wanted Bats for themselves. Fortunately I got to him first."

Bruce: "Yep. Only took us two years to reconnect."

Clark: "The same can be said of our friendships."

Peter: "Heck yeah! To friendship!"

(Holds out glass and everyone clinks)

All: "To friendship!"

(A car went flying down the street)

Rhino: "ARGGHHH!!!!"

MJ: "Holy crap!"

Lois: "Is that a Rhinocerosaurus?"

Bruce: "It's trouble. Time to suit up."

(Clark, Bruce and Peter ran into an alley to change as Lois, MJ and Selina cleared the area)

Peter: "Aw why does he always get the cool lines?"

Clark: "Probably because he's Batman."
