hospitals what can you say about them...well the stink of bitter artificial fragrance you think spending so much of my time in one I would be used to the smell yet your wrong,Lilith, i sneezed about five times in one hour the poor lady putting the needle in me must have prodded me at least 20 times i feel more like a voodoo doll than a person but at least my attention was off...well everything i didn't even have to hear burgess to know she was at the door ''boss?'' she questioned confused can't really blame her well i could as there was literally a needle in my arm and a blood bag beside me

what did it look like I was doing, hunting elephants? ''you done?'' ignoring burgess I turned to the nurse who nodded passing me a bottle of orange juice and cookie which together taste like literal acid  ''here'' passing her i through the bottle to her grabbing the bottle of Gatorade shooing off the nurse who tried to tell me off

''hey'' i greeted Wallace with a nod looking at the mess the car bomb had done feeling a sense of pity but half smiling at the sight of a claw helping out ''what are you doing here?'' pops questioned as i joined him Juliette Olinsky and jay ignoring the last one whose eyes i practically felt try to grab my attention obviously wanting to talk ''blood transfusion turns out me and shay share some blood so..'' i trialled off turning my attention back on Wallace

''The first bomb detonated 8:00 A.M. on the dot. The second bomb was located in a rental car. Car is still there'' he explained car bombs god I hate them such a cowardly move ''who dismantled the bomb '' jay asked stepping closer to his cologne mixing with the smoke an additive smell if it was a candle i would have it burning every day....nope..nono.no we are don't doing this here  ''we did'' Wallace answered after a second of silence and a slight judgy look in his eye as he looked him up and down ''Check it out. If they got anything, I want to be notified first.'' pops ordered jin who i didn't even notice appear seriously what is wrong with me today ''hey baby''my baby jumped up tail wagging as he kissed my whole face ''I heard you might have needed her'' and here comes  the voice to my problems my hus..my ex hu... my something

''yeah thank...um yeah'' i couldn't even get the pleasantries out something i know my team and dad caught on to if they didn't then they definitely caught me backing away from his hand i can't...i can't do this right now so i did what i do with all my problems i turned me back to him knowing with dread i would have to face him ''How many confirmed dead?'' i asked Wallace clenching tight around the leash of Cerberus hearing him whine for his dad ...me too bud me too '' 18 dead....15 in critical condition, 3 employees unaccounted for. The sign-ups for the charity race had just started before the bomb detonated. We may have more civilians buried beneath the rubble...'' hearing his question and nod I realised Cerberus commanding him to find

''FBI special agent in charge wants all the bosses in the command centre.'' ruzek jogged over as Cerberus barked ''i'll leave him with you'' i told Wallace a thinly veiled threat laced in my words if anything happened to my baby ill kill everyone here and then my self ''All right, everybody inside'' pops ordered th team following command'' Voights.. Animals did this.'' Wallace hissed disgusted by the need to cause pain  by destruction ''no'' i cut him off as he stepped forward if to argue

''don't dehumanise bad people '' her eyes darkened staring straight into his own wallace wasn't a stupid man he knew of the rumours surrounding the young woman ''because it's their humanity that makes what they've done so terrifying'' and now more then ever he could see what they meant but he could also see more  she wasn't intimidating in her stance or scars no the intimidation came from what she knew and how she handled it  the woman was made of battles yet her heart as darkened as she may have like people to believe was soft  all it took was someone to look truly at her to see the dark but to see behind it like being in the sea at first its freezing but after a while our body gets use to it its a shame no one stayed long enough to see
