Heesung's past (4)

When I was 4, I loved performing. My main goal in life from that point was to be famous. There's nothing I loved more than being in stage in front of hundreds of people. Entertaining them and making them laugh.

I was even the beauty of the school! No matter what gender, I would always receive chocolates and gifts from students in my school. Either as confessions, or because they wanted follow along with what the others were doing. But, I highly doubt someone wouldn't have liked me.

No matter where I went, even in public places. I would always put on a show for the public. I would even draw in crowds of people! I would imitate my family members and friends, earning laughs from the crowd. Mainly because of how good I was at them!

At 14, I met a man named Kim Sunoo. This boy... he looked as if he came straight out of a Hollywood movie! He was handsome, sweet, and treated me right. He was absolutely perfect!

We dated for almost 6-7 months before getting married. Yeah, getting married a few weeks before my 15th birthday wasn't the best choice.

We were very happy together. We even moved into our own home. I was always homesick though. I would often go visit my mother during the night, or early in the morning.

But then Sunoo changed, one day, he kept on leaving. He would leave the house for a few days, leaving me alone. He wouldn't tell me when he would leave. Once, he left for 2 months!

I started loosing hope that he would come back, thinking he was having an affair with someone else. This gave me time to grow up, and mature a little more. I wrote in my diary every day. Even if it was only a few sentences. I would never skip a chance to write.

I constantly looked for a job. Not having much luck until 1 month into Sunoo being gone. I worked at a few different cafes. Making friends with police officers who would come in on the daily. We got along well, so coming to work everyday seemed fun.

Then, out of the blue, Sunoo returned home. Acting as if he didn't leave me along for 2 months. Since I had gotten myself a job, I realized I didn't really need Sunoo with me. Since he was probably cheating anyways.

I was happy with my decision when I found out he was getting arrested for burglary. My mother, who I moved back in with. Brought up the idea of a divorce. But I never wanted to face it. Everyone who was around me. Their relationships didn't work out for them. I never wanted that to happen. I wanted my love story to stay perfect.

I decided on not divorcing him since he just got arrested. Not wanting to kick a guy while he's down. In that time, I moved on from him. To Jake.
