Ever since Heesung left, I couldn't help but just sit in my cell and feel guilty. 'Why did this have to happen..' I thought to myself.

After a few weeks that felt like decades, I decided to write him a letter. I couldn't just sit here and not try to fix things.

I asked one of the guards to let me write a letter, which he agreed. I was then brought to a room with a pencil and paper. I then started to write.

Dearest Heesung,

I'm so sorry for the way I acted the last time we met.. I feel so guilty for saying those things to you. I didn't mean to take my anger out on you. I understand that you are upset with me, so the only thing I ask of you.. is to always love me the way I love you.

I sighed as I put the letter inside of an envelope, another guard snatching it from me before I could close it. He read the letter to make sure I wasn't up to no good, then put it back. Sealing it shut and bringing it to the post office maybe?

I don't know how they work these things here. After that, I sat in my cell once again. Feeling as if a weight was lifted off of my shoulders.

I still felt guilty since Heesung hasn't seen the letter yet, but I assumed that he would see it soon.

As I got back home, I was filled with sorrow. I was upset since I probably wouldn't see Jake for a while.

"Why must life be this way.." I muttered, heading towards my bedroom.

Maybe a month or earlier had passed when I received a letter. I already knew who it was from. Seeing the somewhat messy handwriting on the back of the envelope.

I opened it and started to read.

As I finished the last sentence, I couldn't help but shed some tears.

"the only thing I ask of you.. is to always love me the way I love you.." I repeated, more tears falling from my eyes.

'I must write him back soon!' I thought as I carefully folded Jake's letter back into its original form.
