Tonight is her bridal shower planned by her friends. Hindi niya alam kung may pa stag party si Axle dahil wala naman itong sinasabi sa kanya. Marahil isusurprisa ito ng mga kaibigan katulad niya. Yeah, maybe it will turn out like that.
Because she's not in the mood to go out, the venue of the event will be here in her flat. Pumayag naman ang mga babaeng kaibigan dahil no choice ang mga ito kung hindi walang party na magaganap.
Sorry nalang kasi siya ang bida eh.

"Here." Pag-aabot ni Zandie ng balloon kay Tylaine

Sa bandang kusina naman ay naroroon si Franz at busy sa pagluluto ng kakainin nila. Halos lahat kasi sila ayaw na magpadeliver lang dahil nakakasawa kaya heto at nagluluto nalang si Franz na tinutulungan ni Vea habang siya ay chill lang na nakaupo sa sala.
Perks of being a pregnant woman. Hindi pinagkikikilos at hindi pinapagawa ng mga kung anu-ano dahil baka makasama daw sa baby. As if naman may mangyayari kung mag-aabot lang siya ng gunting o kung anuman na gamit pang dekorasyon. Anyway, kahit naiinis siya ay naaappreciate naman niya ang pag-aalala at pag-iingat ng mga ito sa dinadala niya. It only means that they love this little bean inside of her.
"Tapos muna ang Carbonara, V?" Narinig niyang tanong ni Franz rito
"Oo, ito nalang Tacos ang hindi pa pero malapit naman na kaunti nalang ang hindi ko nalalagyan." Saad nito kay Franz
"Sige, tatapusin ko na rin itong Kare-kare at Lumpia Shanghai."
Gustuhin man niyang tumulong ngunit binawalan na siya kanina pa kaya mananahimik na lamang siya at papanoorin ang apat.
"Anong prefer mo Ky, girl or boy?" Kapagkuwa'y tanong sa kanya ni Tylaine na nagdidikit pa rin ng mga balloon sa natitirang space
She shrugged nonchalantly.
"Either of the two is fine with me, as long as he/she is healthy. Axle has the same opinion as mine so we really don't have problem with that." Aniya
Tylaine smiled at her.
"That's good. Either it's a girl or a boy, at the end of the day, the baby is still the fruit of your love towards each other. I'm excited to see you and Axle's combination." Her model friend giggled with that thought
Napangiti na lang rin siya sa sinabi nito kasi maging siya ay excited din na makita ang itsura ng anak nila ni Aze lalo pa't siya ang magdadala ng siyam na buwan rito.
"Done!" Masayang anunsyo nito matapos ilagay ang huling lobo sa may gilid
Looking at the decoration her friends just did made her smile. Given how busy these girls are with their professions is something that she won't want to disturb, but these people chose to make time for her as she is soon to enter a new chapter of her life. They're willing to spare some time to celebrate with her even if it means they have to be absent and be dump with work. It only shows their love for her same with how they value their friendship together.
"Why are you crying?" Napapantiskuhang usisa ni Zandie sa kanya
Her forehead creased and due to curiosity, she wiped her face. True enough, there are tears running down her cheeks for no reason.
"I don't know." She honestly said
"Maybe it's a pregnancy thing. You know change of mood and such." Wika nito
