Chapter 17 - I Am Happy

Paddle Pop's PoV
I walked into my room and found Shadow Master not in the room. Or maybe he was in the room, but hidden behind the door. But I'm not in the mood to check it out.

Suddenly I felt the lion sense give a warning. Then there was the sound of the door being closed and locked from behind me. I turned and find Shadow Master standing by the door holding our two room keys. (The key is two because each of us has one)

"Shadow Master, did you lock the door?"

"Yes!"

"Why?"

In answer, Shadow Master approached me and grabbed my neck. "So that no one suddenly walks in and catches me torturing you."

I suddenly remembered his words last night.

Shadow Master looked at me more closely. "Don't try to do anything that could get someone's attention to come here. You remember the agreement, don't you?"

"Agreement? All i remembered, you didn't say anything about doing something that could get someone's attention to come here."

"Right! But if my actions were discovered, then it would be the same as you reporting it."

That's definitely different! I screamed in my heart.

"So..." Shadow Master's gaze became scarer. "Shut up and..."

Suddenly I felt a hard slap landed on my left cheek. Followed by several slaps and punches on the cheek and other parts of my body.

So this is the torture?

I must admit it. His slaps and punches really hurt me. He was truly the most evil and ruthless villain ever. Even without his power, he can still make someone in suffer. Now, he must be laughing in the heart because of my helplessness.

Shadow Master's PoV
This is probably the best thing in my life. Paddle Pop was finally really in my grip. Seeing him wince in pain really makes me happy. For a moment I forget my annoyance today.

Huh, actually I wanted to do more than just slap and punch him. But it can cause of leaving scars that are difficult to recover or cover. And if someone see the scar, all i do will be exposed and I will lost my power forever.

I looked at Paddle Pop who was now lying helplessly on his bed (don't worry he's still alive. He didn't even faint). Hmmm... I guess that's enough for today. I'm quite satisfied.

So without further ado, I left Paddle Pop who was still wincing in pain and headed to my bed.

I am happy. Hahaha!
