Chapter 19 - SNAKE!!!...

At the other side of the park with many trees, Shadow Master was walking alone while looking around hoping to find something that might be useful to him. After walking for a while, he stopped and sat under a large tree.

Huh, is there nothing something useful to me in here?! he thought. Okay, fine! Tonight I'll just take my frustration out on Paddle Pop.

Suddenly Shadow Master heard a voice from behind a tree. It seems like there is someone behind the tree. Shadow Master then peeked and found Arumi staring back at him.

"Hey, what are you doing here? You're following me?" Shadow Master exclaimed.

"N-no..."

"Answer me, Arumi! Quick!"

"I-I'm looking for Li-Liona and Felina. I-I had permission to go to the toilet. I-i was i-in the toilet f-for a lit-little bit long. When I came back, they weren't there. So I looked around looking for them. I-I then ta-take some r-rest for a while. T-then I heard a n-noise from b-behind the tree." Arum took a breath. "I-I then w-wanted to make sure th-that is n-not something like-"

"SNAKE!!!" a visitor's voice shouted while running fast not far from Arumi and Shadow Master.

Arumi was immediately shocked. Her face immediately turned pale.

"Hey!!..Wait!.." Another voice heard. "It's just a toy snake!"

It turned out that there was a human boy who wanted to prank his little sister with a toy snake. Without his expectation, his sister actually thought it was a real snake and ran away in fright.

"Uh, big brother! Don't be like that, please!" Said the sister with an annoyed face.

"Y-yes! I'm sorry!" Answer the brother. "Let's go back! Mom and dad will look for us if we go too long."

The boy then took his sister and they walked together. Arumi who saw those two children walk away breathed in a sigh of relief.

"Fortunately it's not a real snake." She said slowly.

Suddenly Arumi heard someone growling. As soon as she turned to the source of the sound, it turned out to be... oh my goodness!

Arumi found herself hanging in the Shadow Master's body. She then went down from Shadow Master in hurry.

"I-I'm sorry, Shadow Master!" Arumi said while repeatedly bowing her body like people who are apologizing in anime. "Please don't be angry!"

Shadow Master angrily turned around and left Arumi. Lucky for Arumi because Shadow Master's powers are being locked. Otherwise, Arumi might end up in the hand of Shadow Master.

"Shadow Master!" Arumi quickly caught Shadow Master's right hand before Shadow Master went too far. "P-please forgive me! I didn't mean to hanging on your body. I didn't even realize that I was hanging on your body. I was shocked and scared. I-"

"Enough!" Shadow Master shouted while looking at Arumi. "Yes, I forgive you! Now let go of my hand!"

Trembling, Arumi let go Shadow Master's hand. Shadow Master then walked away.

"Arumi!" Said Liona. "Where have you been!"

"S-sorry!" Replied Arum. "I-I was in the toilet f-for a little bit long. But when I came back, you two weren't there. So-so-"

"It's okay, it's okay!" Said Felina. "Let's go back to the main gate! We're going back to the charity house soon."
