Chapter 18 - To The Park

Paddle Pop's PoV
It's been a week since I first stepped my feet in this world. For a week, I adapted to the charity house environment. It's a bit difficult to adapt to a completely new environment. But actually, the hardest adaptation is adapting to Shadow Master who always tortures me every night.

Don't think I'm stay silent because of his threat. No! i may seem to be silent, but in my brain, I'm looking for a way to get out of this situation.

And there's one way I can take it.

Be fine with him, okay! Remember, don't get into trouble!" Miss Judy's voice rose. "You don't want your power to be permanently locked, do you... Shadow Master?

Yep! Those were the words that Miss Judy told to Shadow Master when Miss Judy take me to my room.

What Shadow Master did to me is what I can report to Miss Judy so that Miss Judy permanently locks Shadow Master's power and makes Shadow Master give up.

The problem is, I have to do it quietly or my friends are in danger. And even if I get the chance, the other problem is that I don't have evidence. Plus Shadow Master tend not to act much so it's hard for me to find Shadow Master's act that I can use it as an evidence.

But it is not impossible that time will come. The time when I have evidence and report Shadow Master to Miss Judy and make his power permanently locked. I just have to be patient and not give up. Until then, I will act as if nothing happened and go about my business as usual.

Speaking of activities, today we all went to the park on the outskirts of the town. We took the bus from the charity house. I sat along with professor, Liona sat with Arumi, Twitch sat with Spike, Harry with Terry, Felina with Candy, her roommate in the form of a white fox, and Kara with Taka, his roommate in the form of a gorilla.

Shadow Masters? He sat in the back seat.

Alone.

No one wants to sit next to Shadow Master. They are all afraid.

After about half an hour, we finally arrived at our destination. We then got off the bus.

Third PoV
Before they spread throughout the park, Miss Judy and Mrs. Chery reminded them to take care of each other. This is so that nothing is lost. And if someone suddenly needs help, it can be handled quickly.

After Miss Judy and Mrs. Chery finish to say it, they began to spread out in several groups. Some choose to go to the playground area. Others chose to eat at the food stand. Of course Spike was in this group. Twtch is also there to keep on eye at Spike. Twitch is afraid that Spike is going to use all of his pocket money for snacks.

The other? They chose to walk around the park.

Paddle Pop was walking around with professor when suddenly Liona and Felina approached them with panicked faces.

"Professor, Paddle Pop, have you seen Arumi?" Felina asked.

"No!" Professor replied.

"Wasn't she with you girls?" Paddle Pop asked back.

"Yes, she had permission to go to the toilet and didn't come back." Felina replied.

"We've checked the toilet, but she's not there." Liona continued.

"Well then, let's go find her!" Say professor.
